    The most delicious dessert for weight loss. You can also make this dessert for breakfast. It is very tasty and healthy.
    Recipe and ingredients:
    1.5 tablespoons of chia seeds. Water. Set aside for 15 minutes.
    3 tablespoons of oatmeal. water and set aside for 15 minutes.
    1/2 apple.
    3-4 terms.
    50ml of plant milk.

    I love the idea however I will on occasion put cinnamon all spice and or nutmeg little ginger to make it taste more like Apple pie

    Super rýchly dezert keď máte chuť na niečo dobré, ale aby to bolo zdravé a nepribrali by ste. Hneď si idem túto dobrotu spraviť, len nemám sušené ďatle, niečo náhradné určite nájdem. Ďakujem za recept, určite bude táto dobrota moja obľúbená...😋🤗💯

    Thank you for the recipe…I made a little change…..I boil water 1/4 cup depending how many dates….I put 4 dates in a little bowl….let it for 5 o more minutes….let cool a little….then I peeled the dates…that way is no date skin flowing around….like I saw it in the recipe….as always….each have choices…..just saying…..also the dates can be made as a delicious sauce….adding a little of water in case is too thick….

    Fantastic recipe! I will try it too. Please note that these are not Chia seeds rather basil seeds. Basil seeds get swelled in a few minutes in water and get a gum like appearance (as is shown in the video) whereas chia seeds take whole night to be soaked.😊

      Its chia seed. It will take one hour to be soaked fully. Basil seeds are darker in colour and when soaked they are more bigger. Chia seeds are hot in nature and basil seeds cool our body

    Bonjour de France,, merci pour cette recette,, je le ferai volontiers,, bien que diabétique,, mais on peux aussi langer dattes, figues banane,, et pas sucré,, il en faut très peu des fruits par jour 2 à 3 par jours 😢 mais c est comme ca😊

    Não dá as medidas da água. E nem fiz a quantidade de leite vegetal. Ficou incompleta a receita. Não da pra fazer por amostragem. Pra favor coloque os ml de água. Obrigada
