@@JustCallMaggie can you hold a real estate license and pay all required fees to do so but not use the license and just have it but not use it whatsoever?
thank you for making these extremely helpful videos!! Question---what type math questions have people experienced on the national section of the real estate exam? It seems proration should be a BIG one since as a realtor you will be using this formula on every transaction. Property tax seems like another formula you will be working with on the regular. What other math equations do you typically use on the regular in this profession?
@@mrohde2067 Thank you. I would say definitely concentrate on how to solve for discount points, taxes, and LTV. Those are the main ones I would study. Good luck and keep me posted on your exam results. 🤓🫶
you are an amazing teacher, you make math so easy to understand. Taking my test next friday and I'm ready after watching your math videos.
Thank you! Best of luck with your exam. Keep me posted. 🤓🫶
Thank you Maggie. Im having a hard time with the regular taxes though without the mills. Im supposed to be taking my test soon
Good luck with your exam.
Maggie you are amazing
I was watching other real estate tax videos. I didn't understand it. Found your video totally understand it. Thank you
@@noelmiles7322 Thank you. So glad to hear you enjoy my teaching style. Best of luck to you!!
How do you change 66 and 1/8 mill in a tax problem?
1/8 = 0.125. Add the 66 to get 66.125. Then divide that by 1000 to multiply by assessed value, so it’ll be assessed value x 0.066125.
Thank you this helps so much ! Your awesome for doing this!
I really appreciate that. Thank you so much for your support and kind words. 🤓🫶

i have my exam tomorrow, so when they give mills say it's 19.5millls or it's 55 mills regardless of the mills they give it's always divided by 1000?
Yes! Then multiply it by the assessed value. Good luck. Keep me posted. 🤓🫶
