Due to numerous surgeries as a Cancer Survivor, I don't have the photographic memory, as before. I've been praying for God to give me hope because receiving my CA-RE License is very personal and PURPOSE DRIVEN. My mother preceded my father in death, and after his demise, unfortunately I assumed all of the much needed paper work to transfer the DEED of TRUST to his surviving heirs were completed. And it wasn't! We had to go through Probate Court which was an awful experience and the fact that it was invasive. I want to make sure NOT one family have to find themselves in Probate Court or lose their inheritance. Again, I thank God for allowing your videos to come into my feed. The Finance Segment of Real Estate Course has been very difficult for me. But, now hearing your voice and seeing your illustrations are memorable. God bless you!

Thanks for passing by. The GRM for this question will not change. It remains at 12, so to find the estimated market value, you just multiply $60,000 x 12 = $720,000.

I am confused on #9. The question does not say estimated gross annual income. Are we to expect this irregularity on the test?
It would be an estimated amount and yes, the exam does have these irregularities but don’t let that worry you.
