@ that depends on your state. Some states let you print it from the online portal while some states require you to request it or wait for them to mail it to you. Have you activated your license yet with a broker

The Bundle of Rights refers to the rights a property owner has, like disposition, exclusion, enjoyment, possession, and control (DEEPC). An encumbrance is a limitation or restriction placed on those rights. For example, a lien, easement, or deed restriction can limit how you use, sell, or control your property. While you still own the property, an encumbrance can affect one or more of your rights.
