When I started learning I couldn't solve the easy math questions but with your T chart method I knew it where I need to put what amount. After failing 6 time I passed my test yesterday. @@kikidil2160 sounds good. You will probably already have a broker by the time I get around to that video. Just make sure they provide you training and a mentor. You will need help navigating the MLS and the forms software. You’ll be alright!

She mentioned >$570 license fee >Board of realtor fee $706 (prorated) >MLS fee $221 twice a year(prorated due in Nov) >( Insurance and Technology) $975 per year >Free education >Future licensee fee agreement >They will credit me $250 on my first house closing for some sort of study >Commission will be 60% out of which they will take 6%
