Glad to hear! Also, I would recommend our real estate exam prep package and crash course videos if you're not feeling confident. There's A LOT of resources in these two packages that will help you feel confident and pass your first try. Either way, wishing you the best of luck.
Had to come on here and encourage someone to keep studying and trust yourself! Just took my exam and passed on the first try. I studied all my vocabulary then took as many practice test as possible. The way questions are written on the practice tests really helped me read more thoroughly cause they definitely try to trick you. Let me know if you have any questions, I’d love to help. Good luck!
I passed my National portion today!!!! I gotta give you the credit and thank you so very much!!!!!! Thank you for making it easy to remember, fun to watch, and smooth to listen to!!!!
@daydreaming4874 Congratulations!! We are beyond ecstatic for you, and are so happy that we were a part of your real estate journey. Please take a moment to share your experience by leaving a Google review. Wishing you all the best!
I just love what you teach and how you teach it! It's too bad I found your channel too late! I already took the exam and failed it after spending too much time listening to Joe from prep agent. I like the way you expand on topics and go into detail, tying them together; more than anybody I've ever seen! Most of them just hover over the basics not going into expansion or detail, let alone tying them together. I plan on taking a week off before my second try at the exam in early September, and I will definitely be buying your materials!! Thank you very much for sharing your wisdom and making it easy to follow and interesting!!
Sorry to hear about your first experience. But, hey, now you have a great idea of what the exam is like and our material will take you over the edge of passing! Looking forward to having you in the program and please let me know if you have any questions. Happy to help! YOU CAN DO THIS!
@@USRealtyTraining I've already joined a brokerage you guys set me up with. Joined the board as well and currently I am prospecting. Hopefully I will have a buyer and or listing soon!!

These videos apply to any state that uses Pearson Vue as their exam administer. As far as I know, Florida does NOT use Pearson Vue. So, it does not apply to Florida. However, the material in this video crash course covers real estate topics recognized nationally. Although this isn't designed for the Florida real estate exam, it contains material that will help you study for it. I would recommend checking out our Florida exam prep package, if you're looking for something design for passing the Florida exam: www.restateexamprep.com/states/florida
I’m a teacher and I can’t live on what I make. I’m trying to get my real estate license, but I’ve failed my final school exam 2x now. I have to pay for an extension now and I get one more shot, until I have to but the course again. Not in a great place right now. Also - houses don’t go for that much where I’m at, so idk how much money I’ll be making, plus houses are selling that well here in AZ.
Hey @CB-pb8fe, We’re sorry to hear about the challenges you’re facing right now, but we want you to know you’re not alone. It’s normal to struggle a bit on the path to getting your real estate license-many agents face similar setbacks before they succeed. The important thing is that you haven’t given up, and that says a lot about your determination! Even though the market in your area might feel slow, real estate can open doors to many opportunities, like property management or working with investors. Once you’re licensed, there are ways to explore niche markets that fit your goals. We’re here to encourage you every step of the way! If you need any tips or guidance, feel free to reach out. You’ve got this, and we’re rooting for your success! Stay strong-you’re closer than you think! 💪
Im so pissed. I didnt know we have to take two test, state and national to get a license? I thought it was just a state test. I dont want to work anywhere else🤦♀️
question, I did not receive an email from Pearson Vue to retake the national part that I did not pass the first time. And I dont see on ncrec where I can request for only the missed portion of exam?
