You are correct, @madisonjacques5734. Thank you for pointing this out - it will be corrected in a soon coming update. So, when appraisers want to figure out how much a house is worth, one of the ways they do it is by comparing it to similar houses that have recently sold. This is called the Sales Comparison Approach. It's basically like saying, 'Hey, if someone paid this much for a house like this down the street, then this house here should be worth about the same.
Will this help me with Jersey and Pa!! I am currently taking a class for NJ! However, once completed I will have to take the law section for Pa!! Are these National questions for every state! I’m super nervous!!

are the questions on the actual exam really this easy? A lot of these have an obviously correct answer and three obviously wrong ones. I feel like the actual exam is worded in a much more confusing matter, meant to trip students up.
Hi @wokis2cents , thanks so much for your comment! 😊 We like to mix in some easier questions to help build confidence, but you’re right-the real exam can be trickier, with more nuanced wording. We're already cooking up some tougher questions to better match that "meant to trip you up" style. Thanks for the heads-up, and stay tuned-more challenging content is on the way! 🚀

On 44:27 wouldn't the answer be sales comparison approach, not cost approach ?
