Such a great method for attaching the inner and outer fabrics, brilliantly done and so clearly explained. My daughter and I sewed up 5 stockings and this technique was just what we needed. Thanks you!
Thank you for sharing a Christmas Vlog. It’s always nice to see you!
Thank you for this and lovely to see you again.
That's a larger sewing room than I remember. Lovely space for sewing!
Hie Cheryl ! It's so nice to see you vlogging again . Thank you for sharing the tutorial ! 😍😘

Glad to see you back Cheryl. Looking forward to seeing the shower cap tutorial, I think these will make great stocking fillers.
Tracey Bingham thanks Tracey, yes, they make great gifts - I’ve run out of friends that don’t have them 😂😘
Great tutorial Cheryl. Thanks for sharing 😻👌

Just made one of these! I know it’s January! It turned out really well, thank you for the instructions.
Linda Chadwick ahh lovely 😊 And you can never be too organised 👌🏻🎄
Really been missing your videos, glad to see your back 👍🏻 x
Brilliant tutorial Cheryl, thank you so much for sharing. You've inspired me to get stocking making. Would love to see how you make shower caps too as they would make really fun and practical Christmas presents. Looking forward to your next vlog.
Beautiful stockings Cheryl! So nice of you to take the time to make the tutorial! It has me wanting to make some! I love your top fabric too! 😊
Aquilterknits thank you Pam 💐
Hi Cheryl 🌸those stockings are so beautiful ! Thx so much for ur tutorial !👗
Anna Pearl thank you Anna 🎄
Thank you for sharing. I love watching tutorials. A tip I got off RUclips was if you're nervous snipping round corners use pinking shears instead. What a good idea using scrap fabric to make cards. I'm off to look through my stash. I knew if I kept it for long enough I'd find a use for it. X
Gaga Knits thank you, great tip! Enjoy shopping your stash 🎄💖
Such a great video! Love that stocking! I'm going to make one for each of my 4 kids. Thank you!😊👍❤
Patricia Bennett thanks Patricia, it’s fun to use different combinations of fabric too, enjoy 💐🎄
So good to see you again,
Mary Hogue thank you Mary 💐
That's so funny Cheryl... I have just made a couple of Christmas stockings today for my Niece's 😁. Great minds think alike and I made them with the same technique as you but appliquéd the names on in fabric. I haven't done one with the ties though and love that idea so I might give that a go next👌💝. I love the brush roll idea too and you could do the same with paintbrushes and coloured pencils and crayons..... brilliant ideas. Great to see you back Cheryl 😁👍😘
Cheryl thank you so much for sharing how to make a Christmas stocking. Beautifully made and a great for present for your love ones see you again on your youtube channel happy sewing 😊 💕
sarah osmari thank you Sarah 🎄💖
Delightful!
Hi Cheryl its so good to see you back, I'm also inspired to make some stockings now! I am fascinated to see how you make the shower caps (I'm not joking) Thank you for taking the time to do the tutorial :-) x
👍🏻 I wear a shower cap on occasions and I’m really looking forward to the video 😍 I love learning how to make something I’ve never made before I soon won’t need to buy anything complete! 😘🧵🧵🥰
Jane Brettell thanks Jane 😘😘 Me too, I love all crafty videos, even the wood worky ones. I always enjoy creative peeps sharing what they love. X
So nice that you are back again, we've all missed you. Love your top, I recognise the fabric, what pattern have you used ?
Lorna Nash thanks Lorna, it’s the Alice top from Sew Over It, fabric was from my online shop but sold out now 💐
What about a freestanding stocking? I can’t hang my stockings because of 2 cats and a dog that like to nock them off the mantle! I want to stand them on the mantel instead!
Sammbalina good idea, not sure where you’d find a device but I hang mine on the door handles instead 👍🏻
Great project, but I could not watch the video because the camera moves a lot and made me dizzy.
Ahh apologies Sandra, I have a better camera now 😊
