    I am 60 years old- started leslie's workout in July 2022 (weight 93kg). By February 2023 came down 73kg!!Came down to size 14 from size 24!!😘

    So I bought Keto because it said eat what you want, no exercise and lose weight....never happened. Thank God my sister told me about Leslie Sansone. I searched and found her on RUclips. In August I was 287 lbs. In October I am 269. The first exercise I managed 7 minutes out of 15 minutes. Now I am doing 20 mins. It takes time but the amazing thing is I am losing weight and feeling stronger everyday. Thank you Leslie. You are amazing. Keep walking and talking...thats the extra motivation

    I walked down my blood sugar and changed my habits three years ago. It really does work.

      I love working out it makes you more insulin sensitive and makes my blood sugars more in range- type 1 diabetic

      I got it down from 11 or 12 after meal to 5-6 after 2x 15 min or 1x 30 min walk.
      Lowered my portions and carbs in smaller servings. Researched, workout of 20 consecutive minutes helps reset insulin tolerance. Less does lower sugar, but still medication needed. I went from 3 pills, to taking one before bed only. Exercise and frequent smaller portions are the key.

    Thanks for these free videos. I am 62 yo and was feeling short of breath (SOB) everytime I walk a mile or take the stairs. When I started, I could only do 1 segment of 15 min. After a week of 15 min a day of your program my fitness improved. Now I am doing 45 min to one hour, non stop. I may have lost only a few pounds, (10 lbs) but no more SOBs. I feel great.

    I love Leslie’s videos. I had the DVDs back in the early 2000s and lost 40 pounds. Basically maintained it, but bounced between 10-15 lbs for the last 5 years.I’ve decided to be intentional about my weight & health and decided to dust off an oldie but goodie 😊 My ultimate goal is to get back to her 5 mile video, but I’m content with starting here. Good luck to everyone on this journey. May you be successful and receive the results you desire.

    I just follow with limitations because of my painful knee osteoarthritis... thank you it helps my diabetes 2 with this exercise you're sharing...

    I started today..yessss..I feel so good..but I do walking for years..as the pandemic I'm home.just around the yard..I'm diabetic..57 years young..I love the exercise..u just make me feel strong.. happy and my body getting the benefits..thank you..

    I love these videos I can watch here or the ones I bought on my computer. Started with various walking videos over the Summer after I turned 67 and just retired . . . . Hoping to improve my health plus maybe bring down my weight. I've got cholesterol, blood-pressure, and diabetic issues . . . I'm not measuring anything until a year has passed . . . but, my clothes have loosened up a little :)
