So I bought Keto because it said eat what you want, no exercise and lose weight....never happened. Thank God my sister told me about Leslie Sansone. I searched and found her on RUclips. In August I was 287 lbs. In October I am 269. The first exercise I managed 7 minutes out of 15 minutes. Now I am doing 20 mins. It takes time but the amazing thing is I am losing weight and feeling stronger everyday. Thank you Leslie. You are amazing. Keep walking and talking...thats the extra motivation
I got it down from 11 or 12 after meal to 5-6 after 2x 15 min or 1x 30 min walk. Lowered my portions and carbs in smaller servings. Researched, workout of 20 consecutive minutes helps reset insulin tolerance. Less does lower sugar, but still medication needed. I went from 3 pills, to taking one before bed only. Exercise and frequent smaller portions are the key.

I love Leslie’s videos. I had the DVDs back in the early 2000s and lost 40 pounds. Basically maintained it, but bounced between 10-15 lbs for the last 5 years.I’ve decided to be intentional about my weight & health and decided to dust off an oldie but goodie 😊 My ultimate goal is to get back to her 5 mile video, but I’m content with starting here. Hoping to improve my health plus maybe bring down my weight. I've got cholesterol, blood-pressure, and diabetic issues . . . I'm not measuring anything until a year has passed . . . but, my clothes have loosened up a little :)

I walked down my blood sugar and changed my habits three years ago. It really does work.
I love working out it makes you more insulin sensitive and makes my blood sugars more in range- type 1 diabetic
