It's amazing how habit tracking, that I originally started doing when I thought it was the "it" thing to do in the bullet journal world back in 2017, would be thing one of the major things that has helped me stay consistent in my well-being and getting a nice balance in life. If you track your own habits but don't know what to do with it once you've completed a month, check out this video right here: ruclips.net/video/RFFnXs5HV54/видео.html

Wow I never made the connection between energy level and productivity as far as habits. Thanks Mariane!😁

I was able to discover this when I had one of the habits that I actually like doing, but since it I had moved it towards the afternoon vs when I used to have it in the morning and I was actioning it, I knew it wasn't the task but rather the time of day when I was already spent 😆

My biggest thing that gets in the way of achieving the habits I want to do is my health, pain, and energy. I use a list on paper to guide me. I also use my Alexa Dot to remind myself of tasks. So far, I only picked the most important tasks and I'll slowly add more.

Vickie, I think that you are doing a wonderful job working around your health and doing only what you can. I think being able to action the most important stuff is such a great goal to achieve. Remember, your circumstance is very different from someone who isn't suffering from chronic illness, so make sure YOU celebrate YOUR wins and I think that you are winning. Just by being here and taking a moment of your precious time to hang out with me chatting is an achievement in itself and that is a tick for your connection habit. We get to hang out with each other and you get to bring me joy! YAY! Thank you x

Hi Janae, so lovely to have you here. A tour of my little RUclips studio is on my list of videos to shoot - just need to find the time, right? But you can see this quick view of my set-up in this reel instagram.com/reel/C2sN7WCxCgc/?

Great episode! I like the idea of habit trackers, but they do not seem to work for me. However, still trying to find a method that will work for me like having a goal of 5 walking workouts a week and then write if I walked on a certain date on the calendar or use stickers. Love the idea of doing tasks based on energy levels!

even like a wall calendar to start off with and just crossing off each day that you complete one task. It's about using a system that you trust to go back to again and again. So if you print a free one from Google, have it on your fridge door and just a red marker to cross it off so you can see your progress visually is a good, small, simple start.
