    Diversifying your investments and consistently putting your money to work are two lessons I've learnt from these millionaires. When I invest about $250k of my money in stocks this year, I hope to make a return.

    • @Casandra1bartlett
      @Casandra1bartlett 16 дней назад

      You're right. I believe that diversifying investments is the best course of action since it can reduce the impact of a market crisis by spreading money over a variety of asset types, including foreign stocks, bonds, and real estate.

    • @HaticeValerie
      @HaticeValerie 16 дней назад

      I don't have the time to carefully evaluate my investments and research particular stocks because of my hectic work schedule. I have therefore hired a financiiaI advisr to actively manage my portfolio for the last seven years in order to adjust to the state of the market. I've been able to successfully traverse the financial environment by using this method to make well-informed judgements about when to buy and sell. Maybe you ought to think about taking a similar strategy.

    When we have children these options become much more limited. Not impossible but we become aware how being there for our children and our partners is so important. When I shifted my focus to bringing in extra money and trying to develop my skills, things deteriorated with family life. So I had to halt those things. These are great tips, it’s just that life becomes much more complicated when we have children.

      So you pay yourself first, pay your duties from the left over?
      I can't get my head around that.
      I can't see how can I convince a bank or electricity supplier to accept only 10% of my bill, because I'm saving up, and don't wish to pay the full bill this month, or any month at all.
      They just going to say, it's OK?
      Because this what paying myself first means. It's a must, food for the kids is not.

      @@Shaara1I have found that when I take out $ from my paycheck first I still spend what’s left but I do end up saving. If I were to get everything I would just spend it all. Of course a lot depends on ur initial pay.

    • @theduke7616
      @theduke7616 3 месяца назад

      @@brianchesler8238 I agree. It's human nature. People's spending levels is highly based around how much you have. Very few people spend 100% of their income on non-discretionary necessities. If you take the "save when you can" approach, you almost inevitably will have less saved than if you take it off the top and then work your budget with the remaining funds. A person mentions a utility bill. However, if you had 10% less from the start, you probably buy a house that is 10% smaller and has 10% lower utilities and now can pay your bill. People adjust their spending to their available funds. The best way to save is to do it upfront.

NOT A CARRIER 🤔 by having a JOB people lose themselves and forget about their dreams, all of these things or orchestrated this way only the people that are tired of living a empty life and being broke and living from paycheck to paycheck and that are tired of being in there comfort zone, trust me there is nothing in there take it from me 😂😂😂😂 long story short you have to want it bad enough for yourself then teach your children and your family and your friends and different people you meet, only the ones that need your help and you will know who they are, as the saying goes don't cast your pearls before swine or else they will turn and tear you to pieces 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 bless up much love.

    The only thing about eating the same thing over and over is that can impact your gut microbiome. Maybe having even 3 different smoothie combos and having a rotating schedule like smoothie A on monday and thursday, smoothie B on tuesday and saturday, and smoothie on C on wednesday and sunday, and something different on fridays that isnt a smoothie or do some fasting instead. Would be a bit better than the same smoothie every single day for months on end. Diversity for your gut is good.

    i'm so grateful to have discovered your channel. what you say feels organic and genuine and i appreciate your sense of humour! i like that it feels achievable and that i don't have to completely reinvent myself and manifest a lifestyle like you mention. i.e. waking up at 6 AM everyday, etc.
    you mention personal growth in another video and eliminating toxicity in relationships. this is something i struggle with, including the toxicity within. i have lots of ideas and have been able to manifest some of them over the years (sometimes successful but definitely losses along the way) but my downfall has been that i'm easily influenced and discouraged. i feel like i've lost a bit of that drive over the years but your videos have re-ignited my ambition. i have so much work to do and it's been so long since i felt like i can conquer it but i feel like i'm ready. thank you so much fro these videos. you are a positive force the world needs..

      I don’t know your situation, but this is also a great time to learn more about how people are reversing their chronic illnesses in more natural ways. RUclips sensors a great deal but I have to admit there’s a lot of good material out there anyway. A lot of chronic illnesses aren’t responding beautifully to the carnivore diet or the ketovore diet. Dr. Anthony Chaffee, MD, Dr. Ken Berry, MD, Dr. Shawn Baker, MD, Dr. Thomas Seyfried, MD, dr. Jack Kruse, MD, Stephanie keto person (experienced coach with a vast amount of knowledge for the keto approach), Darko Velcek has the most practical and inexpensive way to rehydrate that I have ever seen and it works like a charm, and a helpful eating plan that addresses so many issues in the body. JJ Virgin on inflammation/elimination diets to discover it that are not as strict as what some of the above mentioned doctors recommend. You would be astounded at the list of conditions that are vastly improving though. I hope some of these resources are beneficial to you, and if not, blessings, and I wish you the best on your health journey.

    There are base things that I buy at Costco -my single source olive oil, My basmati rice and massive jar of chopped garlic etc. and then there are lots of interesting cool and tasty things at Costco, which I only buy when they are the loss leader. I remind myself when I see something that I really enjoy that sometime during the year it’s definitely going to be on a loss leader and I can stock up on it then. That keeps me from buying that item at full price and keeps my budget nice and low

    The biggest thing we did to change our financial life was to get out of debt. We sold everything we could, cut out anything extra, tightened our belts for 2 years, and negotiated payoffs for all nonsecured debt. Then we started over, smart. Babysteps work these 20 things come after.

    Max out my wife's roth IRA...plus she'll have a teacher pension (hopefully). I put 15% into my TSP(401k), max out an HSA and will get a fed govt pension.
    It took us 10 years to get close to debt free, but we never sacrificed investing during the time we tried to tackle the debt. Glad we never stopped our investing.

      Do you 15% TSP traditional only, or TSP IRA. as well ?
      I m still debating putting my TSP IRA at my federal job vs. Roth IRA at fidelity

    Hey Rose Han what are the benefits of you investing a certain amount of transfer to a index fond each month? I know its very good to invest in indexfonds and stocks in general. The more you invest in a indexfond, the higher yield you will get when they release yield?
