If you don't have this on hand, you could swap for chicken stock powder or a chicken stock cube, or you could just omit it, but make sure to adjust the salt to your taste. Hope this helps!

Yum. Easy and tasty. I buy something similar to these, frozen from the supermarket. I love the individual portions and they're great to have on hand but, l'm going to make these and freeze some. I think I'll add a little cornflour so the cream doesn't split in the freezer. Wish me luck. 😁
