Buttery soft in the middle with crispy outside
Relatively easy to make, with a crispy crunch and a soft buttery inside, these stacks will satisfy the fussiest palates.
A great accompaniment to any main meal.
Made these last night. A smashing success. Just a note on serving sizing. I used regular sized muffin pans, doubled the recipe and ended up with 21 stacks. Served 3 each to my 7 guests and the thought was ....... 4 each might have been even better. They were however my only side dish to some steaks so keep that in mind as well. They're really good.
