I have always found fresh dill to be a perfect accompaniment to potatoes so I am also going to test your idea with dill when I get a chance, Also Pecorino, the renowned Italian sheep' milk cheese would be an amazing choice in the recipe.

Hey Joel, How goes it, this is like a pizza, I don't think I have ever had this, I know that I will be having some this week, I may grill some smoked ham slices, maybe a few anchovies, more Parmesan, & heat up some Marinara with Basil/Oregano, and coat the potatoes & meat as I snack on them. Recipe30 How long do you seer the potatoes in the pan before putting into the oven? I don’t see a link to the recipe. It tastes amazing but it’s no t browned on the top. I didn’t brown it long enough in the pan because you didn’t say how long to seer it in the pan for. Please reply
