First recipe you made, in England UK, I've always used sweet potatoes, crunchy bacon pieces, chives, and sometimes with mushrooms or red peppers 🫑 I'm definitely going to try your second recipe 😮😮😮

Hi dear i 'm used to making freench toast this makes thing much easier n for vegetarians it will be wonderful breakfast. Mixing some vegs like carrots etc will make it more nutritious as well om Sairam nkv
Just to add, I made this few days ago and my family loved it (& somewhat surprised that I could make something so yummy 😋) the cheese makes it awesome, so put it right at the end but only in the oven for 10mins or so (but depending on the type of potatoes you use, I've used Maris piper and was lovely) p.s. couldn't get all the slices as equally same size as the ones in the video , but it was my first time so ill try to master it next time ......)
