Burgundians are essentially Belgian, so "bonjour" does make sense for them. While the Burgundians are first noted in early (~200)CE as being an east germanic people, the Burgundian civ in the game appears to be referring to the people who settled on the Rhine river (in Belgium) in ~400CE. I remember hearing about a grand master chess player who became a grand master by playing to a draw his opponents. In a chess tournament, if you can come to a draw against a higher rated player, you technically win by earning more points. So, ISit has a play style that is more or less just like this grand master chess player. Its a valid way to win. Even in real war, the goal is to make it too expensive in time, material and men for your enemy to want to attack you.
I love ISit because this is exactly how I played starcraft and supreme commander back then. Just wall, build long ranged units and sit there for hours usualy winning by the enemy either running there army into my wall and getting killed at range because they got bored or them straight leaving because they dont want to deal with it. There is nothing i hated more then attacking and the only thing i was ever good at was Macro so controlling an army gave me anxiety.
started watching this video yesterday found your channel now, after a while i fell asleep and woke up in the morning, Isit was still running trough the woods making new bases like robin hood
My headcanon is that iSit is actually an absolute godly player with perfect unit control, but after seeing and experiencing the horrors of war he swore to only use his powers as the very last resort, giving his enemy every opportunity to choose peace over violence. I also think this is why he does not use bombard cannons or towers or castles, he does not actually want to kill anyone. I'm only disappointed he didn't buy stone with his gold when he ran out. Also if he had moved one or two more times I can very much imagine that Blue would just surrender without any need for more violence.
They did buy 200 stone for the new TC in the final southernmost base at the end ;) But that palisade wall + 1onager crushing it was spectacular. Right after T90 saying it wouldn’t do anything

If you want to win a fight, fight it on your terms, I'm a big fan of iSit's strategy
As a true Spaniard, iSit was saving all the gold for M. Rajoy. I approve.
iSit: If I take one more step, it will be the farthest away from the Shire I've ever been.
I am so impressed that this worked out! really!
55:31 This fight is incredible. Probably the best fight I've seen on this channel. Wow wow wow
I love ISit because this is exactly how I played starcraft and supreme commander back then. Just wall, build long ranged units and sit there for hours usualy winning by the enemy either running there army into my wall and getting killed at range because they got bored or them straight leaving because they dont want to deal with it. There is nothing i hated more then attacking and the only thing i was ever good at was Macro so controlling an army gave me anxiety.
lmao this is too good. iSit becoming one of my fave lil LELs
ive been sitting and waiting for the new t90 video
Legendary. The patience is incredible
I love how isit places his farms around his TC so symmetrically.
started watching this video yesterday found your channel now, after a while i fell asleep and woke up in the morning, Isit was still running trough the woods making new bases like robin hood
I love the t90 deja vu you get when you watch a yt video from a stream you watched.
that was beautiful; glad i watched the whole thing
i imagine iSit, as he realised he has to make army to defend, that he types in the chat: "aww man, you made me stand up"
this strat has so many layers!
lmao i think its so funny that isits strat is legitametaly to wall up until his opponent gets bored and quits
I love how blue was ignoring the trees that could make easy breach...
This man is just playing tower defense. I love it.
50 mins in and wondering how this game can go on for another 30
Edit: now I see
That kill box that came from a mind of madness is definitely something.
They did buy 200 stone for the new TC in the final southernmost base at the end ;)
But that palisade wall + 1onager crushing it was spectacular. Right after T90 saying it wouldn’t do anything
I freaking laughed my brain out 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 i just love this guy 🤣🤣🤣🤣
