I think every one of us have done the same thing at one time or another. It's human nature to think we know what is best for ourselves. I mean who hasn't, at some point in their lives, taken 3 Aspirin instead of two, or put an extra spoon of vanilla in their cake batter, or other such offerings? I know I have. Thank you for your candid videos! I’m excited to try this product. I have long (ish) hair and no kidding, I wash it being ever so careful to not get conditioner on my scalp and crazy. Almost every shampoo makes me oily.

Sometimes we just think that we know what’s right. 🤪 I’m biracial & instead of having “good hair”I have very, very, thick, unruly, dry, coarse, kinky hair that’s resistant to chemical and manual straightening. There isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t curse at it and want to shave it bald. I had a boyfriend gift me this shampoo & it was amazing! It made my hair feel soft and I could actually get a comb through it. Unfortunately, it was VERY expensive and then the manufacturer stopped making it for awhile. Fast forward a few years & it’s available again. Yay! Definitely going to start purchasing it again because it helps my hair to be much more manageable.
Please do a video on (makeup) products from Poundland, Aldi, Lidl and B&M for fun. Especially since many of us are buckling down during this winter’s energy crisis. Cheers x x

Hi Wayne! I've had good and bad experiences with New Wash, I love the way they make my hair look, but the original does leave my hair too oily, while the deep one cleans well enough, but I don't like the smell! I do think they're good products overall, you just have to be patient with them at first. The styling products, though, those are the best!! I use the dry shampoo every day for volume and texture, love it!!
On a totally different subject- your skin looks exceptionally amazing today! If you have a complexion product, very nice. If not, keep using whatever you are using.

So glad you tried the original, the deep was horrible. The original has been my go too for 4 years now and I have the same hair type as you. So happy it is working for you now. It’s an investment so it’s understandable when you spend that kind of money even if you chose the deep thinking it would work better. I was lucky my hair stylist told be to only use original because she had the same issue with the deep.

Posting this video admitting you were wrong shows a tremendous amount of character. Kudos! l’m a hair stylist and have used New Wash (original) for nearly three years. My hair has never been better! The key is using a pretty good amount and really massaging it in, then leaving it on for at least 3 minutes or so before rinsing. Conditioner is not necessary.
