Shut up and take my money where can i order it🤗
Hey is this game gonna be ON ps4 as well
To make this in 3rd person or optional to swop between 1st&3rd person will make it a Gem and more sales..
This is complete bullshit. Almost everything shown is CGI videos. Are you raising money on patreon for more CGI?
@@V27RV Games made for 1st person often cannot work at all in 3rd, especially ones in small indoor spaces like this
Also that first bit of gameplay looks a lot like the kind of gameplay that turns out to be fake but we’ll see
1:24 I don’t know why this sticks out to me the most out of everything here, but I fucking *love* the way the enemies don’t have an audio cue to let you know when you’ve been spotted like in other games-no loud screeches or roars out of nowhere-they just turn toward you, realize you aren’t one of them, and just silently limber toward you. It’s so chilling how silent they are, and I feel like that’s gonna set up for some great unscripted jumpscares.
they can still do it, these are the first developments of the game. (google translate).
Reminds me of that scene from 28 Days Later where that guy walks into the church and they just pop up and stare at him...
Uhm I’ve see a comment very similar to this one when I first watched this footage years ago
Yeah, something about how mundane it seemed only served to heighten how unsettling it was.
Well for one, it's not gameplay ^^'
I like how the "zombies" are bloated, they really nailed the death aspect
They look more like necromorphs from dead space than zombies
Exactly, that's what I first noticed. Very disturbing and accurate where I don't think most horror games try to do such
why they gotta be mexican tho
@@ripster9713 they look more asian to me
They actually look really realistic comparing them to many actual real images of decomposing human bodies
I don't care if it's all just the concept stage, but I'm definitely amazed by the monster designs they made, it's a genius design
Oh no, The Thing is back to life ! 🙂
@@ndndnd4455 Yah def gives off a Thing, Dead Space, and Last of Us vibe.
its cool but its not genius body horror has existed for a very long time
This is not even gameplay. Its all a cutscene made in engine that makes you think its gameplay.
@@teos4664 exactly
Lets just hope the gameplay is similar
4:25 Wow, the mutant picking up a weapon after it spots the player is so unique. I’ve never seen a game surrounded on a zombie/infection theme where the monsters actually have the ability to be more of a threat besides just running at the player and whacking them with their arms or biting them.
I also LOVE the creature mechanic of them noticing the player and then going after them. No loud screaming or alert sounds, they just tail ‘em the second they see them. Sets up perfect jump scares that aren’t sudden loud noises or screams.
...Resident Evil 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8?
I agree that's a great touch. But speaking from the other perspective Id say it would be more of a threat if it didn't stop and pick up the weapon, but instead charged at the player directly lol
@@landonhagan450Residential Evil is not considered to be on pair with this game, so don't ruin the atmosphere please
@@acknowledgedofalltheconseq366esidential evil? Also this game probably inspired by resident evil what do you mean it's not on par
This isn't gameplay footage, that's why. It's scripted animation. All of it is. It's another one of those 'games' that will never be released. As a fan of John Carpenter, I don't want to say that, but I'm being realistic about it.
This game is like a spiritual successor to both John Carpenter's The Thing and Dead Space franchise
Looks waaaay more grotesque than either of those entries though. This game is the first horror game that seems like it’ll be hard for some people to stomach.
You should check out The Callisto Protocol if you want Dead Space's true spiritual successor
@@big.gib.4L I did, looks really promising as well. Body horror is back and better than ever.
Make us whole again
Dead Space vibes for sure
I love the fact that the zombies make no noise, like im tired of earing monsters screaming and moaning, and making noises, this is refreshing, also they look sick, so bloated and realistic, hope they keep the mute zombies and not ruin it with a cliche
Puppets
@@sloppyjonuts9162 Yeah these aren't zombies lol
The mute is actually so refreshingly disturbing. It works well. They just stared, that was gnarly
It's not a zombie game. Those creatures are mutants.
You would definitely like the film "The Night Eats the World". Fantastic, atmospheric film that uses the same mute zombie concept. It has one of the best jump scares I've ever seen, and with practically no noise.
1:36 Did anyone catch how after he shoots the first creature the second one side-steps the falling corpse and watches it as it falls down before returning its focus on the player? SO COOL!
Yeah, because it was animated lol.
4:20 also here where the humanoid looks like he made the conscience decision to pick up the crowbar and then keeps looking at his arm when it gets blown off. If Team Clout can somehow pull this off in game they have a masterpiece on their hands.
Maybe it's because this video is scripted, every second. This is not gameplay, this is a very old video, I saw it a very long time ago, around 6-8 years ago. Then the Unreal Engene 4 engine was just coming out, and the video was called like "Horror of the Future UE4", which is like here it will be released soon and someone is developing it. @@HuqpaJIeM also known as pre-rendered footage lol developers have been doing this thing for years I'm glad some people are able to tell that its not actual in game footage. The most obvious giveaway is the fact that the player's view isn't organic, a real human player would be looking around everywhere and it wouldn't look so smooth. Keyboard+mouse or controller, doesn't matter, human hands are moving those things around at all times when we play games
It’s scripted and the game is likely fake and will never come out
Wow this game is like no other. The silence is nerve-wracking and makes it more of an experience. Plus his arms and movement are moving naturally, They nailed it
Unfortunately it’s not a game
for the people making this: It looks great and I wish you all the luck and goodwill but I hope that you don't waste resources on trailers more than making in game stuff. Hype trains can be a dangerous thing but I hope you will not disappoint. Good luck guys.
Thanks man. We want to put out a quality product that our fans will enjoy and appreciate. We have work harder than a Chinese sweatshop to bring you a product of great pleasure and arousal.
@@thepeopleschampion2088 Chinese sweatshop xD
The person working on the 3d stuff is always making his kind of good job, in ILL or in cringy funny renders, and it's been a while since he started working on this project, but it seems that the most chalenging thing is the transformation realism wich need a very great 3 model, rig, and particle generation
I wouldn't hold your breath, despite what folks might say I think it's pretty obvious there's no actual game, just a bunch of UE4/5 cutscenes.
I have learnt by now never to expect the finished product to be exactly the same as the footage in a 'gameplay' trailer.
There are always constraints, cuts & graphical downgrades beforehand.
This has the most realistic weapon physics I’ve ever seen. Even how the enemies react to getting shot looks amazing!
Nobody reloads a double barrel shotgun like that
 he does.
That’s all pre rendered concepts
You do realize that thats not actual gameplay? Pretty much an animation that just looks like gameplay to fool people preordering it. Aka moneygrab.
@@Kerryboi It may be a little misleading, but I wouldn't call it a moneygrab. Those animations have been out for a while and are just proof-of-concepts for the game. I'm pretty sure the beginning of the vid had some actual gameplay, I could be wrong though.
Even the voice acting and the sound stage around it is so well done, sounds very professionally done.
you have LORN to thank for that
It’s the guy who voices Leon Kennedy
Definitely! Like even that heavy “THUD” sound as the bodies kinda crash onto the floor after being totally ruined by that double barrel... Man it’s brutal
is it for other consoles???????
Dont get your hopes up guys. Basically all of this trailer is animated
There are no updates whatsoever. I'm starting to doubt this will actually come out.
One thing that's great in this is how "collected" the things are. Even most of the larger monsters don't seem to make loud roars or notable noises while moving, at most, it's a mix of mild guttural, gurgling sounds and wet meaty sounds when moving. The humanoids with their bloated, almost cartoony heads are uncanny in a way that feels genuinely wrong and upsetting to look at. Props to the team, this is genuinely more unsettling than most necromorphs or thing creatures.
The bloating and swelling is actually common for corpses, fluid congeals in the body and doesn't get pumped around anymore, as well decomposition gases.
@@JohnnyJohnJohnson Yes they probably looked at really awful stuff, like the Dead Space devs did with the car crash aftermath photos, to replicate it that good.
@@JohnnyJohnJohnson looks exactly like the faces of bodies that have been in active decomp for a few days, especially in hotter temperatures .
This looks TOO good. I want to see a 20 minute uninterrupted gameplay then I'll bite.
Better yet, give a private and playable demo to streamers when it's ready, and let them record actual gameplay footage. Can't trust trailers anymore haha
My thoughts as well.
If it looks too good to be true it usually is. Patreon games have done this numerous times before.
This
Read my mind. If anyone thinks the final product is going to look anything like this I have some magic beans I'm looking to sell.
@@JDKT002 How much?
I completely disagree. When I am sold on a game I don’t want to see any gameplay. I want it to be 100% new and surprising. I don’t know why people watch as much as they do instead of enjoying something from scratch. If the trailer gets me a certain excited: I’m in. I’ve actually never seen a trailer that caused that reaction result in a game I did not love. And I’m picky as fuck.
i really want this game to have the same ragdoll and gore effects as it did in the concept videos man, i've never seen more realistic gore and ragdolls than this in my life
I LOVE horror games that really push the limits of blood and gore, but it always felt like most games kinda held back on being to much for viewers.
This game? Absolutely NO ropes, and I am SO excited for it, this is extremely refreshing and I cant wait to see what all it has to offer!!!

Man, if only games were able to be animated this way. I highly doubt the final product will look that smooth.
The thing is it seemed someone was "playing" they missed that first shot.
@@BarZaTTacKs Cinematic gameplay should always be taken with a grain of salt. Honestly looks too staged to me, probably won't actually be that smooth.
@@freshlymemed5680 Won't be, looks more like a cinematic teaser than a game. To be honest, when i first saw ILL i thought it was something to do with RE franchise or some bootleg of it, i still think this is just an idea that used the hype for RE Village to promote herself and got too far, just look for the font on the ILL and the style of it, its clearly reesembles vILLage, and was arround the same time that Village showed up. Not that i want to be skeptical about it, but just seems we'll get another Abandoned, hope i'am wrong.
@@freshlymemed5680 yes, it won't. That is a pre-rendered demo-scene. Just look at the shadow from the starircase at 0:41. It's good to see there are still adequate people who understand the fake when they see it
it won't, if you've played enough shooters you should be able to tell what's pre-rendered and what isn't. in my opinion the second clip in this video (the one where he checks the gun's chamber) could be gameplay footage if the game is either really short & detailed or they have a massive team behind it, but there's no way the 3rd clip with him shooting the zombies is real.
Cool trailer but need to see an actual demo these days because the gaming industry has shown that they make pretty videos like this but don't actually put out content like this. Be very skeptical
This looks phenomenal, also love how the big one looks like an inspiration of The Thing
1:35 - not sure why i noticed this so much, but i love how the other enemy glances for 2 seconds on his dead friend.
don't think i ever came across this kind of behavior in other games.
I just love how the enemies arent acting like topical zombies l. One grabbed a vase to throw and the basement one stops for a moment then reaches for a knife
I believe RDR2's hostile NPCs does this, though not very frequently.
One thing I noticed is that NPCs reacts to being shot much like Rockstar's ragdoll engine, Euphoria. They look at the spot where they've been wounded, and react accordingly. The much welcome addition is the real time dismemberment, which seems physics based, not baked animations.
Its concept footage, not actual AI

I love this
I'm getting vibes of Resident Evil 4 and Dead Space with the mutagenic parasites.
It's not a real game lol. All animations looking for money on patreon so they can actually program the game.
that bass-boosted heartbeat is legit one of the scariest things i have ever heard
The animation is so incredibly smooth that I feel like it’s an animated ad
I love everything about this, here is what stands out to me the most:
Sound design:
No music, just loud, heartbeat-like sounds that build incredible tension. Also monsters that move slowly and look at you without making any noise makes me want to run away so badly. Sounds of them transforming is disgusting as it should be and overall i think sounds are very realistic.
Movement:
When you explore and encounter enemies its in small areas with not much spacing to evade, and where you wont notice the enemy until you stumble right in front of them. It goes well with slow movement of enemies and makes confrontation more close and visible, almost personal. Long range combat removes that.
Monsters:
Absolutely repulsing. Looking at them makes you thing this thing shouldn't exist. You mostly confront them up close so you can see more of how terrifying they are. They move slow and the way the look at you while stumbling towards you is haunting. The way their flesh and bones explode when hit is very well made, i might say that this is one of the best examples of how gory wounding should look.
most noticeable thing is their intelligence, at 1:45, 3:55, 4:14, 4:25.
most of the zombie games out there rather proceed to eat the heck out of you once you've been spotted
If you've never heard of Lorn before, I highly suggest you go and check his music out. He's supposed to be contributing to the soundtrack, and he's one of the best for the job in my opinion. He's going to create some eerie and dark atmospheres for this.

@@JackieFrankieful yep its obvious it's fake it's a video not actually gameplay
It's not gameplay though....
@@LoveToSpootch its fake
I really hope that fear is a big part of the story. Because the enemy is truly terrifying and I just hope that the characters you meet are over protective and always reminding you to run and what not, basically just being a scared human who doesn't want to deal with this situation and doesn't want to be alone with it. That's the one thing that threw me out of resident evil village, Ethan just seemed completely unbothered by everything he saw. In resident evil 7 I could feel his fear throughout the whole game and he felt like he was unsure of himself. I hope they can replicate that feeling in ILL and have the protagonist be in fear for his life the whole way through. it could be so amazingly terrifying if they build up the relationship with the guy on the other side of the walkie talkie and after hours of playing and him being your safe guard, you lose the walkie or it gets destroyed, then you get the feeling of truly being alone, maybe at that moment the main character starts heavy breathing and panicking. idk, I just hope they portray the player character as someone who is fucking terrified.
the dismemberment and body damage reminds me of a more advanced version of the Doom Eternal style. i can only imagine how much work went into the body rigging for this game whoever you have doing the work on the bodies of enemies and the physics of individual ligaments and tendons are masterwork artists.

Can we take a moment to talk about how nice the characters hands and tools look? All the @eapons and tools look heavy, like they have gravity and weight to them. The hands also feel real. It really adds a nice aspect of immersion to the game!
For a long time in first-person shooters, I've wanted reload speed and intensity to be based on some sort of tenseness factor with the character; like, the closer the enemies got or the more hits the player takes in a short amount of time, the more tense the character is, and the faster they reload. When "tensity" goes down, the reload speed does a bit too.
I mean logically speaking most people would reload WORSE under high tension, and maybe even drop ammo in the process
@@BlackChad792 yes it should work the other way around. Hell if you take damage reloading you should drop the shells or shoot your foot
You got it backwards it would be slower but more frantic with enemies and the only thing that would allow you to reload quicker in the game would be for some sort of skill or perk base that allows for quicker reloads that's called something like Nerves of Steel that allows for those frantic reloads to be more likely to be successful. Games are about give and take and I think that's a good give and take when you give up a skill point for that vs. whatever other possible skill point that might allow for other features around it. Like a skill tree of sorts.
The animation of the game is by Oleg Vdovenko, and he is an excellent horror animator if you already can’t tell. I suggest visiting his channel if this interests you in any bit, he makes good stuff
The question is: will they be able to make a game around his animations?
I like that the more monsterous creatures have twitchy, puppet like animations. It reminds me heavily of 80s monster movie practical effects, crlearly inspired by "The Thing". Makes them feel more heavy and physical and less like floaty, digital graphics.
This is gonna be sick!!! I mean, ILL! Can't wait for this to be out.
Besides this beautiful Look of the gore & all i think the Sound Design is gonna be next Level.. goosebumps all over. Definetely buying this on Release.
The gore that is shown is just conceptual and not gameplay, unfortunately. Hopefully the finish product will look just like it if not very close to because those dismemberment physics are tip top.

Those ones did have similar qualities, they had thoughts and almost acted human at times. It's weird how the trend of zombies being stupid meat sacks was so popularized after the walking dead, it's way cooler when they have some functional brain cells
@@QuixEnd I also just remembered the day z ones that stack on one another to get to you lol
Cool. I love Chuvabok. His art is so cool and this is very impressive he was able to do this.
I remember seeing a short clip for this years ago. Completely forgot about it
This game and “the Callisto protocol” are my 2 most anticipated games ever
Check negative atmosphere and quantum of error
Don't forget Dead Space Remake either.
@@scottspartan9 well yes ofc that too, I’m just excited for something completely new from Glen 😂
@@jovannydiaz8460 bet
How though? We haven’t even seen actual gameplay yet
After seeing that first creature, my nope meter immediately cranked to eleven. This looks good. The Dead Space transformations looks like the stuff of nightmares.
What makes it scarier is how grounded this is, the timeline looks like nowadays no fancy hi tech equipment and all
@@ranggasaktibudiputra1547 It actually looks kind of old school. Old school cars. Revolvers and double barrel shotguns. Analog equipment everywhere and a portable radio. Feels like an NC-17/Unrated level '80s/'90s horror film.
Must be released as a VR, just love it!
2:35 if they actually manage to get that level of detail in the game then wow
The sound design is so good. Really what you want from a horror game. Hearing the sound of your own breathing and footsteps being really loud and environment reactive, giving up your position as you try sneaking around.
That transformation at 2:20 was the sickest one I ever seen in my 28 years of good life
I'm so exited.
This looks gnarly as hell! I'm definitely keeping my eye out for this!
That allergic reaction, swollen face look those zombie people have are actually pretty damn creepy and unnerving.
The environment, Ambience 🥶🥶🥶🥶
Is it just me, or does the intro remind you of resident evil 7's house when you encounter the first moldeds?
0:41 I would really like to see no HUD in this game, so that we may have to keep checking how many bullets are left in the guns, this’ll recreate the same tensed situations like in movies when they suddenly run out. 🤩
Fantastic sound design with no cheap jump scares. Looking forward to this game!
Fun fact: The voice actor for Leon in RE2 remake, Infinite Darkness and re4 remake is voicing the main character in here.
This looks sick af. Literally.
Don't get too carried away people. Im highly doubt that the finished game would even look the same as in this video. all of the footages shown in this video are all pre-rendered CGI. Which were presented in a First person perspective, to make it looks like a genuine gameplay. but it ain't.
This game and Scorn looks like promising games, and a breath of fresh air in the survival horror.
