Yep! and he tried. He really did. M' fer played till he was Forty F n five! Was damn near league MVP at 44 and was Superbowl MVP at 43. I seriously don't think anyone will do that again even with it pretty much flag football now. In fact because its flag football and you can't even hit a QB past the line of scrimmage anymore these non thinking QB'S who run after their first read is covered are gonna start having non contact injuries and it will be that that ends their careers. Not the hits.

I was also privileged to have seen so many incredible Tom Brady moments in person. From the 6 touchdown performance against the Broncos in 2012, the insane regular season chiefs game, Billy Cundiff’s missed field goal, and the two time comeback ravens game with that Edelman pass, just to name a few. Every single moment was pure euphoria when Brady was on the field. The confidence we had in him was unparalleled, and the roar we produced as a crowd was bone chilling. As a 48-year Pats fan with 3 years of it being a season ticket holder (1990-92 the awful years of extreme losing), it was a privilege to watch Tom Brady finally put our team on the map for the right reasons. Thank you Bill Belicik for drafting Tom, and thank you Bob and especially dearly departed Myra Kraft for buying the team and keeping it in New England.
I lived for 4 years on Route 1 about 8 miles from the stadium, and appreciate Tom for saying how much we the fanatic Pats fans went and supported the team.
