Here up North in England, we have vacuum cleaner gangs. They come and clean your house with vacuum cleaners. They suck up EVERYTHING and leave you with nothing.
Someone ought to make a documentary about them. They're a true nightmare, coming into your house in the middle of the night with full space suits on and their Dyson vacuum cleaners. The stuff of nightmares.

look how well that has worked for them with 181 shootings in rio alone in june 2017 and 498 in the first half of 2017 and 81 officers killed in the same time. There were a total of 56,101 murders in Brazil in 2017

I've got to say the police come off really badly in this, they're so bad at catching mopeds that they've become the laughing stock of the criminals and all they do if you're targeted is give you some stupid victim support letter and send you on your way.

Its really the police that keeps failing you, there should be a task force chasing these thieves on motorbikes and harsher senteces...
The "justice system" actually encourages theft. Notice that all these guys are respectfully interviewed on the street. Must be nice to steal 18 motorbikes a week and just get your hand slapped for it when caught.
