Anyone remember "Can't Pay We'll Take it Away"? This is the UK.
That is an awesome series! I loved the two older gentlemen who worked together, I think Paul Bowhill is one, and he's so sweet. They were so calm, but persistent. I even saw Paul pay for a night in a motel for a woman with young children, or he'll offer to put the kettle on so they can sit down and work out a payment plan. He's a gem.
Course I remember. Great show.

There's a man in Nevada or California who is taking back homes in one day, to get rid of squatters. His name is Flash Shelton. Great story about how he cleared him mom's home, and now it's become a business for him. There's another guy with a channel called Squatter Squad.

The lady being evicted with her partner and has kids can't pay what she owes but can wear a thick gold chain that would cost quite a bit. Sell that and pay the guy what you owe. Plus clean your mess as well. Disgusting way to live especially with kids. Rubbish thrown out back and mould everywhere.
That chain is probably fake. In London some people on the street sell fake gold chains, bracelets, rings, etc...
And she has a dog!
She and her partner are the type that never take any responsibility for the havoc they create, her collection of "sh.t" is "my stuff", unpaid rent is "the councils fault" and on it goes, she will never change.

Wearing real gold (if you can call ‘9 carat gold’ real gold) chains, rings, earrings, bracelets, etc. has always been very, very popular for the British working (or in her case, not working) class. From when I was a kid in the 70’s up until I left England in the 90’s, a majority of women and many men wore multiple chains, earrings, rings, etc. They were all real then. I don’t think it’s changed that much.
That’s exactly what we need in America. Here, squatters have all the rights and it’s outrageous. Squatters are thieves who put homeowners in a terrible financial position just because they don’t feel like paying rent. And they often destroy the properties they are squatting in.
That destructive behaviour might come down to despair.

Notice they're required to pay on the spot or eviction? In America it's a never ending legal maze solely to enrich the courts, lawyers , the "legal" system and allow con artist to get away with it. That's always been America.
Scott is a wonderful, empathetic, intelligent, compassion officer of the court, from New York I thank you, watching you work is a spiritual lesson in patience and fairness. Good man.
Why do squatters have to deface and destroy buildings?
Drugs. These folk wonder why nobody wants them around. Destroy everything, steal, open drug use, trash, shit in public places. Rent to them and they rather shit on the floor then a toilet.

Wow I live in Canada 🇨🇦 and this is eye opening to me in the sense that the amount of verbal abuse that these court appointed people take is unbelievable!!!!!!!!…. Not to mention the fact that they could be stabbed or in some cases shot !!!!!!!….i hope that they get paid well for this kind of job!!!!!…..I feel for the individuals that are in a bad way but at the end of the day it is what it is!!!!!!!…. My hat goes off to all of these man and women that inforce this type of work!!!!!!!…. I pray that both sides stay safe and keep the peace ☮️ if they can !!!

They usually don’t go to the local gun shop to purchase a gun therefore aren’t worried about the laws. 😮

I see a trend in these shows. Nobody seems to be afraid to assault, threaten or try to intimidate the Enforcers. I see now it's because there are no consequences. There's no way someone would hold me hostage, for any reason & then just say "it's all in a days work".

Last year somebody got a fine for farting on purpose next to a police officer in Vienna. I cannot understand why that shop owner is not sued and charged.

Insane how bad the black mold was on that horrible family at 30:00 is disturbing. This woman is getting her own kids sick potentially fatally and the newborn hasn’t a chance. You can’t breathe air that’s quality with the pollution as is , and she adds black mold , pet dander, insect dander and dust from all that crap in the house. Shameful way to conduct yourself. I used to work with bailiffs. They visit the same people every year. These people pay massive charges on the debt, but cannot see it.
And they have all the luxury items but will not sell anything. For instance two cars! So the wife can go shopping!!!

What's the rationale of it being legal to squat on commercial property? It is still trespassing onto property that doesn't belong to you.
The absolute contempt and disrespect shown by the shopkeeper was disgraceful. What is wrong with the police? When asked if they were going to arrest him, the answer should have been YES then a quick call to border force.
I really have more questions before watching the complete episode. That place where the pregnant lady and family lived must have been bad for their health with all of that mold on the walls and ceilings.
And for the life of me I can't believe that the collector who bent down to pick up that debtors credit card did it without being cautious enough that, that debtors didn't hit him in the head with that glass bottle. Well, it looked like a glass bottle.

I'm American, but it's unfathomable to me that so many young people in the UK refuse to work. I know that many may be disabled. Why do 99% of all these tenants live on benefits? I joined the US Army at 16, retired as a deputy Sherriff, and I currently work at a State Prison now. I get a VA pension, a good MD pension from The Sherriffs Department, & I am now working on my PA state pension. Law enforcement pensions in the USA are between 10 & 20 years because of the high stress work. You are a priority for hire if you are a US military veteran.

I wish we had crews like this in Canada. We just finished our court case to get rid of our one year squatter in our rental. We just have to hope she leaves because we don’t have anyone to enforce the court order.

their high court enforcers are not equipped with tasers and firearms to protect them in the event of an out-of-control situation because their work is high risk unlike in the USA all enforcers, whether police or others, have firearms and tasers to do this kind of dangerous work.

Who’s paying for the damages done by the enforcers?
Unfortunately, it's usually the landlords bill, but it's a game of weighing things up - a squatter who is there illegally on a property that is not generating income vs a property that has been cleared by enforcers, and can be cleaned up and generte income.
I don't know about the UK, but in the US, if someone pushes someone it is assault.
