  • UK Debt collectors execute High Court Writs on behalf of people and companies desperate to recover money they are owed.
When defendants are finally tracked down, the enforcement officers working for this collection agency face tense confrontations, difficult dilemmas, and civil litigation as they try to settle debts no one else can.
Through the agents and staff this mini bureau of investigation we follow the stories behind the defendants and claimants as we get to the bottom of each case and portfolio recovery.
    In this episode:
Agents, Alex and Sherry are on the trail of a car sales company who owes £10,000 to a
customer who was sold a faulty car.
KC and Alex visit a kitchenware shop chasing a debt owed to a supplier.
And Mark and Virgil take a trip to Norfolk to try and find a woman who owes a PPI Claims company one of those nearly £2000 after receiving a huge payout.

I went through all this in Australia, prob why i dont want to live there anymore and im 100 % aussie eg english. Had a chinese landlord that refused to do fix the power in the house, went through the court system got the order, and she completely ignored it.. It says on the paper 4 years prison and $200,000 dollar fine if guilty of contempt of court but its all just a bluff. I cant believe it if i ignored a court order in China as a foriegner that police would make me go missing and if i have them the finger i could disapeer. In Australia nothing happnened the GOV doesnt care, foriegners have more rights, the police ignored it because they said its a civil matter, then i went around there and trashed the whole joint with no witnesses, then they could not prosicute me as had no proof, the moral of the story is if you cant beat them JOIN them.

And if you owe a debt its a civil matter and courts can rule in the debtors favor but its largerly un enforceable without more lawyers and court cost. As theres generally no way to enforce the debt

If a company owes you money/individual. or you owe a company/individual money it's a civil matter and you have to take them to court. Even if the court rules in your favor or whoever's favor it's largely unenforceable as again it's a civil matter so the gov doesn't get involved at all
