- Scott James Hines of Hinsco limited the hired thug strikes again with an unlawful fraudulent instrument to evict a terminally ill lady with stage 4 cancer from her home she owns outright for council tax.
Scott has several companies registered on companies' house withdifferent addresses.
5 Scrub Lane, Benfleet, England, SS7 2JA being one of them that looks like his home address.

As you can see on the document, it was allegedly issued to a Malcolm Davies of High Court Writ Recovery of a PO box number on the 5th January, but the seal states 8th January.

The seal has clearly been doctored as it evidences information that has been electronically removed, which is a material alteration to the document, therefore void.
Malcolm Davies was not present, and there was no evidence shown to prove that Scott Hines had any authority to execute the writ even if it was bona-fide.
And neither was Michael Goldstein the criminal go to man for maidstone borough council who assists them in asset stripping and selling peoples houses to their friends for below market value. ALL OVER COUNCIL TAX

The Ministry of Justice confirmed that there has not been a writ issued on the 5th January or any writs sealed on the 8th January.
Depite showing this evidence to the police they were satisfied that the writ was valid and was sufficient for Scott Hines to enforce even though he showed no evidence of powers conferred to him or instruction by malcolm Davies of writ Recovery who are a trading style for Enforcement Group LTD

Under section 26 of the courts and criminal justice act 2015, the police are prohibited from using their powers improperly, which includes causing a benefit or detriment.
The police clearly state that they are there to assist the Bailiffs.
After the police left, these thugs were going through all her personal belongings as if they were their own.
2 guys turned up with corregated metal sheets to screw to the outside of the house, which shows the level of professionalism
Scott assaulted a paramedic who was assisting the patient the nasty piece of work.

It's a crying shame that none of those police officers in attendance were either sufficiently educated or trained to understand court documentation or procedures and would rather abet thugs.
Most these days don't have a clue but court paperwork is not part of their role
police are just hired muscle these days, no questions asked, they act on instruction and often on false allegations. when confronted they'll project their own lack of education and inadequacies on the parties at hand as we've seen here. it's sickening.
They are not meant to be trained.

When I left yesterday sheena was waiting for the police to attend who were called by the ambulance service when she was in the house.
After they left she was in a wheelchair outside the house still waiting.
The security guards called the police twice last night and were told they would attend.
I received this message from her partner at 04:20 am
'Sheena is still outside waiting for the filth they have had to log it as a separate incident I believe'
Sheena is waiting for a crime report number for the crime that she reported that was committed against her and her family yesterday.
As of now they still haven't attended as they do not want a log of the crime that they them selves were clearly a party to by aiding and abetting.
Just to confirm, Kent police have left a terminally I'll elderly lady out on the street waiting for them to attend after being told several times that they would attend. 2 x independent calls have been received and advised the same.

I'm no expert in any of this but what I find shocking is the PCs refusal to request a senior officer to the scene. Put his own arrogance ahead of doing what was right. Dreadful officer.
Just how the hell does CT get to this level. How is it that a Council can prosecute when by the laws own definition a liability order hasn't existed for years. A council tax 'debt' cannot be considered a debt in the context of credit scores etc. Equally before all the nay sayers start scribbling - everyone is equal under the law, no one is above the law. This means, the council tax cannot be a law as millions are held to a different standard, by actually paying it, and those that do all pay different amounts - so therefore it is neither equal or fair as millions of others dont 'have to' pay. If only folks knew how to hold the council to standard and to demand their rights this sort of thing surely cannot continue to happen
You can say what you like, complain to the high heavens. This stuff happens, cops are involved, courts are involved, and the people who help them do this are financially rewarded which is why they do so.
Councils have declared all properties (without telling people. Find out yourselves and get the information in writing) as subject to non-domestic rates. How? Because they decided so.
If a property is used only for living accommodation, it's not rateable or chargeable.
But the councils don't care and plod forwards anyway.
The councils generate fake liability orders. Lots of them.
The problem is, court orders have to be prescribed. And the forms to prescribe liability orders, were removed in 2003. So what have they been using now?
Nothing, just typed documents done by the council.
They are issued in rooms which are either hired, or borrowed.
They use their own staff for the whole shebang.
The courts also have an agreement allowing the councils to use their stationery, equipment etc.
This way the councils bypass the lot for their own ends.
It's all about the money.
I know somebody who has evidence that the court summons and liability orders were not issued by the magistrates court, they came from the effing council.
Are they doing something about it? Nope. Not their job.

What is the basis of the eviction?
Nothing to do with council tax. If you look at the piece of paper at the start of the video, it shows this began with Sheena's bankruptcy, followed by an order granting possession of the property to Mr Goldstein. I would imagine this is the result of her not complying with that order.

Asking someone to leave three times is not aggravated trespass. Claiming to have the law on your side whilst getting the law hopelessly wrong isn't going to persuade the police to assist you.
There is a simple solution; pay your council tax, and if you can't get some of the equity out the property to cover your debts.

Why was she being evicted
When you say Council Tax you mean "illegal protection money", if it was legal to pay Council Tax the Council would have gone through the proper Court process and have the correct paywork from the Court not this counterfeit Writ.

not a very accurate article is it, she is 10s of thousands in debt and was bankrupted in 2016. Evicted but broke back in and squotted.

I know and you also, this stems from Ms Williams' bankruptcy (Maidstone County Court 11 May 2016). Following the bankruptcy, the bankruptcy practitioner, was granted possession of the property at the High Court 29 Nov 2018. I am guessing this action was the result of her failing to vacate the property as ordered by the High Court. Stick to raiding, illegally, Covid wards, trying to drag an apparently dying old man out despite doctors' warnings he may die without his ventilator.
