Scott James Hines of Hinsco limited the hired thug strikes again with an unlawful fraudulent instrument to evict a terminally ill lady with stage 4 cancer from her home she owns outright for council tax.
Scott has several companies registered on companies' house withdifferent addresses.

As you can see on the document, it was allegedly issued to a Malcolm Davies of High Court Writ Recovery of a PO box number on the 5th January, but the seal states 8th January.

The seal has clearly been doctored as it evidences information that has been electronically removed, which is a material alteration to the document, therefore void.
Malcolm Davies was not present, and there was no evidence shown to prove that Scott Hines had any authority to execute the writ even if it was bona-fide.
And neither was Michael Goldstein the criminal go to man for maidstone borough council who assists them in asset stripping and selling peoples houses to their friends for below market value. ALL OVER COUNCIL TAX

The Ministry of Justice confirmed that there has not been a writ issued on the 5th January or any writs sealed on the 8th January.
Depite showing this evidence to the police they were satisfied that the writ was valid and was sufficient for Scott Hines to enforce even though he showed no evidence of powers conferred to him or instruction by malcolm Davies of writ Recovery who are a trading style for Enforcement Group LTD

Under section 26 of the courts and criminal justice act 2015, the police are prohibited from using their powers improperly, which includes causing a benefit or detriment.
The police clearly state that they are there to assist the Bailiffs.
After the police left, these thugs were going through all her personal belongings as if they were their own.
