I just can’t get enough of this style of fab work. This just tickles me to death to see this truck, and all the other hot rods, come together piece by piece! I hope you don’t stop!
Love the headers. The only downside is will Pablo still want to ride with all of the noise right in front of the door? You know he's ready for a new ride.
Excellent, thank you sir. I must admit when you first proposed the “megaphone” I had very low expectations but after you got em up I’m really diggin it. Cheers.
They almost look ok without the wrap or maybe a flat grey primer color but it’s really hard to tell until the body is painted. Either way you did a nice job shaping them, they look cool.
You did a great job on the headers. Liked just watching them being built coming out of what you had in your head. Not sure about wrap either but it will resolve once more is added to the build. Thanks. Joe
I am baffled (no pun intended) at your engineering on the fly. It seem to always work out like you are following a set of engineered drawings. Looks great Brent.
Brent, you my friend, knocked it out the park with them headers there Badass & the back ground music is frigging Badass too! You got good taste in music Frigging Love-It......
Watching you fabricating with metal has me thinking about the fabrication that carpenters/woodworker’s like me sometimes get to do. You are a marvelous artist!
Love the pipes, surprised you did your learning on the drivers side now you gotta stare at it every time you walk up to it.lol. thanks john from arizona
Brent , your ability to make something from a pile of cast off parts just blows my mind. Never in a million years would I think to disembowel a pair of stock mufflers for their baffles. My hat is off to you fine sir ! Bravo 👏
I like the header design. Personally I’ve never been crazy about header wrap. I am however, a big fan of the VHT Cast Iron Grey header paint. And holds up very well.
The headers turned out great. You made them look easy as usual. The wrap on the headers may muffle exhaust sound, you could the one side on and when you get the motor running, stand on the side with the wrap and listen, then go to other side with the metal exhaust and listen to which side you like the sound the best. Have a great day my friend.
I have used baffles for headers into short side pipes on a build before, on those the washers had holes all the way around. Without the baffles it was a ticket waiting to happen, with them it was too quiet, so I tuned the sound by drilling all those holes in the washer bigger until I liked it. Food for thought. Those headers look great, so does the rest of the truck. A pleasure to watch.
Great content, as ever. Heat paint is definitely advised with the wrap. It stiffens it up. It will not steam so much, in case it gets wet. Because it absorbs less water. People reacted surprised when they saw me riding my motorcycle with wrapped piped in the rain. Waiting for a traffic light, it looked like a steam engine.
Those are as equal as they get, awesome awesome awesome stuff 😎 I dig it, wrap looks fine, to me it's all about the heat, it's not a beauty contest when it comes to that stuff, great Fab work on them nonetheless
Awesome street rod truck build I’ve watched every episode and enjoy seeing as well learning from a true craftsman. Can’t wait to hear the sound wrap or not. It may even change the sound.
Very inspiring video. One of your best. Those double headers are awesome. You may have started a new trend. Name them something like "Double Eagles" or "Quad Blasters" or something similar and make a "mint"!
Great job. They look exactly right, and I'm from the 50's. Enjoyed watching the creative process. On small note; you seem to have breeched the Halfass Rules of fabrication and made the driver's side first ?!?! :)
I go through periods of watching fabrication by various channels in binges , what I like is the finished cars and the journey you go through to make them what they are, original and better then they were even as new. Ie a dumpy roofline is chopped and sectioned to smooth it out and help the lines flow on the car , you do not give yourself enough credit for having the vision to go through all the wrecks on your property and pull those pieces and fix and modify to make your creation work! I look forward to seeing you finish the “37” and beyond! I think that wrapping the headers is a great idea but some drop downs to a full exhaust might help you from going deaf! Keep up the great work and give Pavlo for me ok!
Headers came out very nice. Like a Japanese bike out of the '70's. I know the truck is a Rat Rod, and exhaust wrap goes with Rat Rods ... but those headers are pretty darn smooth as it is, straight from fab. With a little judicious grinding and some sanding, they'd look beautiful in high-heat black - and be a much nicer presentation (you're going to have some rusty exhaust peeping through if you don't paint them, anyway - not a good look). Thanks again for an enjoyable video!
Mr Brent you amaze me by the workmanship you have those headers looking right I'm amazed by how you build them from scratch I'm sure it's going to be quite the sound I just can't wait I've been following this whole build and it's getting exciting. 👍👌
Headers look great and as far as looking ok I think with the theme of the build for the truck I would let it ride, Pablo said go for it. So march on Brent its a great hot rod build and by using baffles I had no Idea you could harvest them from mufflers..
As i watched you running straight pipe i wondered just what is that gonna sound like. Then you show the inserts, whew! It will a fun video when you fire that baby up!! On many levels. Great job, you are such a Hot Rod Animal. Take care, Dennis in Virginia
I think flat black hi temp paint would look better. My 2 cents, Brent..."I think you got this, lol"! Thanks for another great video man. Please keep em coming, you and the other 2 dogs!!!
The exhaust looks great. The wrap is ok, I would not know what would be better. The baffles are neater than sliced bread. I can already see the flames a shooting out of them. after its all painted up and she's got the first thousand miles behind her, the pattern of heat on the doors will add to the character of the ride.
Your work is nothing short of amazing! You get more work done by accident than most guys do on purpose! Thanks for ALL the very entertaining and educational videos...
I always paint my headers with 1200 degree f. Paint, wrap my headers then hose the wrap down with the same paint, it lasts for years. My headers don't rot out from being wrapped.
I just can’t get enough of this style of fab work. This just tickles me to death to see this truck, and all the other hot rods, come together piece by piece! I hope you don’t stop!
Man, the music is awesome. Makes watching the videos that much more enjoyable. Another pat on the head for Pablo...
I LIKE your pipes. great
Fantastic precision fabrication, all measured with the Mk.1 Eyeball. And, of course, it all turns out fine and looks exactly right! Brilliant.
Love the headers. The only downside is will Pablo still want to ride with all of the noise right in front of the door? You know he's ready for a new ride.
Excellent, thank you sir. I must admit when you first proposed the “megaphone” I had very low expectations but after you got em up I’m really diggin it. Cheers.
New video new look MINT Looking sweet Bet they sound good
what a creative job on the exhaust, this little pickup is continuing on with an awesome attitude.....
I like that criss-cross thing on the exhaust. With white wrap no doubt. That's gonna sound like you got the devil by the tail lol.
They almost look ok without the wrap or maybe a flat grey primer color but it’s really hard to tell until the body is painted. Either way you did a nice job shaping them, they look cool.
That is a great header fabrication. A exhaust shop would charge you a arm and a leg for that work. The R&B music is extra. Great job.
Definitely keep the wrap it looks great, great work on those headers
You did a great job on the headers. Liked just watching them being built coming out of what you had in your head. Not sure about wrap either but it will resolve once more is added to the build. Thanks. Joe
Hi like Joe said great job on the headers and how you made them but I'm also on the fence about the wrapping, always look forward to a new video.
Great job building those header pipes. I think I like the unwrapped look personally. Painted with heat paint they will look pretty cool.
You almost hit 100 thousand subscribers! Congrats Brent!🤪
we must hear those headers when you have the first engine test , o my what a clatter they will make sweet to my ears
Man Brent you can BILD ANYTHING GREAT JOB MY FRIEND
You always have the best tunes to tap the foot to while we watch you "create".
The header wrap looks good. It adds a nice touch to a very creative exhaust fabrication!
IT LOOKS LIKE IT WAS MADE TO BE THAT WAY / LOOKS GREAT / GO WITH THE FLOW
Brent , your ability to make something from a pile of cast off parts just blows my mind. Never in a million years would I think to disembowel a pair of stock mufflers for their baffles. My hat is off to you fine sir ! Bravo 👏
As if my vote counts, I like the wrap. It looks good and hides all the crimes made in the construction. That's a win to me.
I like the header design. Personally I’ve never been crazy about header wrap. I am however, a big fan of the VHT Cast Iron Grey header paint. And holds up very well.
Great Exhaust flow with those Headers..... And the flow looks great as well....
The headers turned out great. You made them look easy as usual. Don’t over think it, you did an amazing job. Looks good, they are baffled and The header wrap really looks amazing on it!
Everyone's lovin' the pipes, I can't wait til you tackle the grille! That will really define the truck!
Nice job on the pipes....best headers I've seen !!! Great truck !
Awesome!!!! 💀🔧🔩👀🔩🔧💀
The wrap looks very cool, but more than that the work you put into the show is incredible. Thank you.
Yess!!!
Twin pipes look tough! Great Fab!
Great bit of engineering ingenuity. I'm digging the look. Hope the baffles work out when your driving.
I have used baffles for headers into short side pipes on a build before, on those the washers had holes all the way around. Nice work on the headers the wrap looks pretty cool 😎 👍 👌

People reacted surprised when they saw me riding my motorcycle with wrapped piped in the rain. Waiting for a traffic light, it looked like a steam engine.
Your headers look really good. Especially with the wrap. Im excited to hear how they will sound👍
The pipes are definitely different, but cool. Wrapped or painted either way it has the old school look. Keep up the good work 👍
That sucker is looking better everyday. I think the wrap looks good but you're right to wait and see where everything else goes. Bravo.
In my humble opinion the wrap looks great. Kinda goes with the look of the truck. Header construction was a joy to watch.
Brent I know you have more body work to do but it is sure nice to finally get to some motor work
Great headers. Nice old school look.
Brent that rat rod is looking awesome great job can't wait till it's complete craigger from ont .
Nice job on the headers, they look great, very creative. A new look for headers!
I like the way you forge fearlessly into the unknown and try new things! It worked out with the headers.....cool!
Those are as equal as they get, awesome awesome awesome stuff 😎 I dig it, wrap looks fine, to me it's all about the heat, it's not a beauty contest when it comes to that stuff, great Fab work on them nonetheless
That's a set of custom made headers ,nice job.
Awesome street rod truck build I’ve watched every episode and enjoy seeing as well learning from a true craftsman. Can’t wait to hear the sound wrap or not. It may even change the sound.

hahah
Good point!!
Too close to the vehicle you should have a stacks
It doesn't look good I know you can do better than that
That's going to be a loud truck
I like the look, looking forward to hearing it.
The headers look really cool.
I'm diggin" the exhaust pipes Brent!
Love these headers, would like to hear the difference between muffler and none. I would go with no tape.
Wouldn't want to run it without them hahaha would get old fast.
Music on this video is excellent, when you fire that engine those megaphones are going to rumble 🤗
Great looking headers. Like the wrap but think the headers, cleaned up a bit and painted matte/flat black would look cool too. Be safe and stay well.
They look great for what it seems it called the hot rod.cheers for Brent
The headers look great. No matter how you decide to do them.
Custom Headers. One wicked set, would make Doug Thorley proud. 😎👍🇨🇦
I would go ahead and cut my pipe for the other side as I fit it up. That way you know you are cutting it the same size.

Keep up the great work and give Pavlo for me ok!
I think the wrap headers look good ,but to really know for you ,imaging them against what ever color the hot rod will be .Great job as always. 👍👍
You have a great set of skills and you work so fast, pipes came out great. Keep up the great videos, love the dogs too!
Really like the way your vision is coming together, very nice 👍🏻
You sure will hear that coming from miles away looks awesome
You have an excellent creative mind for working on Hot Rods Brent and skill

This is my favorite build on UTube
Headers look great and as far as looking ok I think with the theme of the build for the truck I would let it ride, Pablo said go for it. So march on Brent its a great hot rod build and by using baffles I had no Idea you could harvest them from mufflers..
I think the wrap looks really good 👍
Brent you made them headers look so easy to make the truck is looking good
Brent, they look great! I Think I would just paint em'. Lol
As i watched you running straight pipe i wondered just what is that gonna sound like. Then you show the inserts, whew! It will a fun video when you fire that baby up!! On many levels. Great job, you are such a Hot Rod Animal. Take care, Dennis in Virginia
I love this show. I always look forward to seeing a new episode. You are so talented.
Beautiful job!
That looked fun, and a great choice of music too! I especially liked the instrumental "Happy Trails" you added to the other video! EPIC!
Love watching this style of build.. reminds me of my summer's building hotrods in a dirt floor garage with my grandfather...
I think the wrap looks really good! I like the design of the exhaust and cant wait to hear how it sounds.
I think flat black hi temp paint would look better. My 2 cents, Brent..."I think you got this, lol"! Thanks for another great video man. Please keep em coming, you and the other 2 dogs!!!
Hahahahaha, Brent try to say short shocks 10 times really fast.
You really do some amazing stuff! Very talented indeed! Awesome video!
The exhaust looks great. The wrap is ok, I would not know what would be better. The baffles are neater than sliced bread. I can already see the flames a shooting out of them. after its all painted up and she's got the first thousand miles behind her, the pattern of heat on the doors will add to the character of the ride.
Keep the wrap, but maybe add some kind of steel mech heat shield to the outside of the ''megaphone'' part ? The truck starting to look great 👍
Can’t wait to hear what they sound like. They look great!!!
It's your pickup Brent, I'm on the fence to,I guess I would have to see the paint next to the headers before I would know also, looks great so far!🙂😎
I really like the projects that u work on and the final product. Love this channel.
Your work is nothing short of amazing! You get more work done by accident than most guys do on purpose! Thanks for ALL the very entertaining and educational videos...
Love the headers! I think wrapping them was a killer idea. I would like to see them on the painted car though
Yeah might not work will have to find out haha
I always paint my headers with 1200 degree f. Paint, wrap my headers then hose the wrap down with the same paint, it lasts for years. My headers don't rot out from being wrapped.
Yeah those pipes turned out pretty good it's going to be interesting what they sound like and Pablo he wants to go for a ride bad. 👍👍😀🇨🇦🐕
I'm liking the wrap. Looks cool to me.
I have to say I like it with the wrap looks good ole school look
Very cool watching you make the exhaust awesome job
As always, a super fabrication job on the headers. Totally wondering how they will sound?? I'm glad Pablo is keeping his high supervisory standards!
They look great! I've spent a ton of hours watching this channel and I'm never disappointed. Thanks!
