Not a good idea to roll out the lower spine as there’s nothing that stabilizes it structurally. Was told by renowned PT that you only should roll out the part of spine that is supported by the rib cage.
Nah man it’s ok, as long as you brace your abdominals/core properly to support the spine you’re fine. And just use your hands on on the floor to ensure your applying the correct weight/pressure.
