Appreciate the real world videos. I have been sitting at 255 lbs for a long time… eat good during the week then I destroy myself on the weekends. I ran 7 miles for the first time in my life last weekend. I am motivated to make a change and lose some fat. I am very much considering documenting my journey… I think I would enjoy editing my videos

Hella insightful video man. Question for you - if you don't have a race/event planned, do you still maintain a certain weekly mileage for running during your cut? I'm about 6 weeks into my cut and have ideas of doing a marathon around September, and am wondering if I should be adjusting my weekly mileage to account for that possibly upcoming, or just keep doing what I've been doing.

How do you not eat until 12 or 1 if you run so much in the mornings? I’d be starving.
I have a protein coffee after the run, but that’s all. I just prefer pushing food back to later.

@@nathanfrenchy I agree. A good amount is healthy for motivation. I’m currently working on getting lighter for the Richmond marathon in November. My plan is to drop weight until July then maintain from there.
