    Just started following you and I am enjoying all ur videos
    I am a 64 yr old and have been doing the hybrid training of 7 to 8 miles every morning m-f and training upper body (different body parts )@ home m-f and on Saturdays I go to the gym and work on legs and Abs (no running) and my rest day is on Sundays
    Just wanted to share that with you because age doesn't matter !! Just get out there and do it !!

    New Sub love the content and how in depth you go into being a hybrid athlete, trying to get into it as well or back into it and be more disciplined and consistent with it. recovering from a running injury (IT band) but once Im fully healed going to start to train again lift and rock climb and get back to doing my muprhs or weighted vest workouts.
