How long does it take to digest breakfast before you feel ready to do the training?? That breakfast seems chock full of fiber. I have a large breakfast and have to wait at least 3-4 hours
That weighted vest looks so ridiculously tiny on you, haha. Loved the meal details and macro counting ! So you just eat two main meals (breakfast & dinner) and snacks throughout the day ?

When you work out a lot, and get to know your body, eventually everyone who works out frequently can and often wants to eat almost right before going to the gym and it doesn't impact the session. In fact it's more often than not required once you get to that point just to have the energy for the workout. "A huge breakfast" in his case, or myself for example, is not very huge for us and doesn't even come near "food coma"-stage, which is where most people end up and what you want to avoid.

Alright I need answers. I'm 5'8 and 195lbs. My physique looks nothing like Noah's. How did he get so much muscle mass? Do I need to dedicate 1-3 years of bulking and then try to get shredded afterwards? Was there a period of time where he had to sacrifice being lean and just bulk up? Trying to get towards this physique or similar within the next 5 years. Thanks in advance
Just a heads up, the scientific literature shows that cold plunging within 4 hours after training negatively impacts muscle hypertrophy. For most people it probably doesn't matter much, but in your line of work where every tweak of the dials can make a difference...just something to think about. Good luck at the Games.

He is professional athlete. If you want to compete on higher level you have to get some enhanced stuff.
