Try to eat 6-7k calories in a day eating just “clean” foods. I eat 3k and I feel like throwing up from fullness, and I weigh 230lbs. Most elite athletes have to eat “junk” just to get in the calories.

You can’t get to that level of fitness through classic CF training with 2 strength work days a week mixed with a 15-30 min long metcon. Most of their training revolves around getting as strong as possible and skill work. Oxygenative conditioning can be increased within a few weeks, so they simply train CF metcons a few weeks before a competition. When you’re strong you move sub maximal weights easier already, then just add some conditioning work to it and bam! You’re set The big difference between them and us is their CP battery capacity. It can be trained to a certain extent, but much like neuromuscular efficiency it’s mostly a genetics thing.
I love to fast, fasting is the best supplement for me. For me eating often is miserable. Froning is fasting as well. Bone broth is the best supplement. Sammy should do it.
