I see your point but she's quite small, though, I think the average 5'4" woman of her weight would have a resting rate of like 1350 calories. So someone her sizing burning that much, keeping in mind a lot of the workouts are skill or strength based and not actually burning THAT many calories, I can see it. - Nick

I’m pretty sure 75g of fat, 250g carbs, and 150g protein equals 2,275 calories…and that’s all the high end of what she says she eats! So not enough food for someone as active and competitive as she is…probably doesn’t have a period either 😟

Long distance plus gymnastics plus strength plus speed etc. She’s won a number of worldwide competitions against a number of women from around the world across all sorts of physical competitions. Unless you have a better way to test it... seems like she’s proven it.
