I very much appreciate the respect and appreciation you show to your fellow competitors. You actually treat them as if they are your teammates. Kudos to you from a business owner focused on the growth and development of individuals and teams across the companies we own and the companies we serve.

This was amazing. Could you make a video about how your changed your mental approach to competition between you 2016 and 2017 CrossFit seasons please. The shift in attitude was like watching two different people compete. A lot of us could use that shift in our training…and life in general

I agree 👍, you're mindset and domination with everything you do is due to how you train your mind. You're so amazing as an athlete and a person. Please give us all insight on how you perfected your mentality and approach to working out, getting stronger, and keeping your self humble 🙏

The most meaningful thing you've done for me is when I first heard about you and CrossFit last year and I was so blown away by what you could do and your physique that I started lifting and working out properly. You and the other crossfit ladies made me realise that women can be strong and still be beautiful and feminine. I was so scared of lifting weights before I heard about you. Great video. I would love to know how much strength you have gained. for example what was your maxes on certain lifts when you started and how much you can lift now.

When you lost to katrin in 2016 and got 2nd place. You cried on Shane shoulder and that next year you dominated. Moments like that where you realized fear and low self-esteem no longer live in your head. That doubt no longer was in your mind because you had to change that negative energy into positive energy. That is the greatest memory for me

I recently started Crossfit and totally fell in love with it! Crossfit has such a supportive community and everyone's always cheering and encouraging one another to push to their potential. Watching your performances in the Crossfit Games gave me literal goosebumps. It's so motivating to see that women can be just as strong and all it takes it dedication and hard work. I'm now even more determined to change my lifestyle and become the best version of myself I can be! I can't wait to see your performance at this years Crossfit Games!

I sincerely recommend that you look further on the significant injury risks and criticism concerning crossfit. The nature of crossfit "exercises" are just outright dangerous.
I'm not trying to troll or trash on your efforts nor am I interested in an argument whatsoever. You don't need to take my word for it, just genuinely take the time to research on your own and make your own conclusion.
I don't know this RUclipsr, but I'm positive that she's not natural, which is completely fine and she's free to lead that lifestyle. I'm just saying that because dedication and hard work is NOT all it takes in her case. You'd need that and even more. I'm confident she works incredibly hard. I'm not belittling her discipline at all. Just giving a healthy reality check. Anyway, hope you reach goals and indeed become the best version of yourself. Keep it up.

The most pivotal change is your confidence. It’s evident in your technique, demeanor and determination. Through all of your hard work and dedication it’s obvious that you trust your mind and your body so much more now. Its inspiring to see that even the greatest of all time started with doubts. Hard work builds the trust that shows on the competition floor and in life. Your such a good role model and amazing to watch in competition!

You are an Amazing athlete and person. Very Inspirational. I am a 39 Y/O who came into crossfit in December 2020 after putting on my Covid 15 lbs. I have since lost 45lbs and have the crossfit bug big time. I love competing and even though I didn't do very well this year, enjoyed taking part in the Open. My question is this: As a beginner starting out.. What one piece of advice would you give to anyone starting out who wants to try to progress in crossfit to be at a competitive level?

Those delts 😳 Anyways, thanks for bringing so much to CrossFit and proving that winners can be humble and inspiring.

What was a changing point in your career was actually filming with a Craig and Jas. before then we had only seen you compete when your razor focused, and it that zone. (Sometimes looking like a someone’s who really serious all the time) Those videos with teamrichey really showed you as the person you are. Razor focused but also funny as hell. With Shane as well it made you loved by so many more and made you into this loved by all superstar you are.

Thanks Tia & Shane for sharing parts of your journey. Tia your quads do not look as pumped now but hammies look stronger, and all upper body looks stronger especially core chest and shoulders. I believe you to have the best power to weight ratio (considered elite), add in running/swimming/cycling skills and attention to detail makes your continually difficult for competitors to match performance levels. Clever training/coaching stategies are keeping your injuries minmised, and enjoyment maximised, go Auusie.
