Just want to say; I’ve loved watching you in comps… love watching you even more be a mother. Lovely. Secondly, as a fellow LMNT fan, I’ve recently tried Re-Lyte which is make BY redmonds (Real Salt). Not as many flavors. The mango is really nice.

wow what a woman, this is so inspiring for me to see and how very incredible and powerful and strong you are working out and still breastfeeding your baby go mama💕 I am a mama of 2 boys and breastfed both for 2 years each and for me I gained alot of weight so now I am focusing on myself and losing the baby weight finally and following my beginner gym workout and couch to 5k program 💕
We actually had our nursery set and my daughters name in the decor and things personalized but when she was born and I looked at her a completely different name came to me so we changed it right then! Now it's a funny story we tell.

Why do athletes wear their weight belt backwards does it give more core support than having the Velcro strap facing out and not behind like 14:25
Crossbowhunter; that’s a question that Google can answer. One reason is so that the buckle doesn’t get in the way. It doesn’t help much to have more surface area of the belt on the abs. Probably a preference thing. Or simply moving it out of the way during movements where they don’t immediately need it.
