I’ve watched you for a while and while my dietary needs makes it so I can’t have the amount of red meat I can have, I have diverticulitis and red meat makes me have flair ups. But I still follow the principles of diet and training you use with ofc my own principles and stuff in my life. It’s helped a lot in my life while being married to my wife and being a better husband and on top of everything else in my life has helped me prepare to ship out for the marines
Josh, thanks for sharing brother. Great to see that im not alone with eating the same thing daily, not having cravings, benefiting from, and seeing the positive end results. Stey strong man! My end of day snack is no fat cottage cheese and blueberries topped with catalina crunch honey graham ceral. Gamechanger....
Hey Josh, can you do some bloodwork to show us how your diet and training is affecting your internal system? I think that would be really cool to share along side these dives into your nutrition and training.
Sounds very similar to how we eat and live! Except we definitely dont use a microwave! Im more concious of sugar and insulin, sugar in the body, so only have fruit a few times a week, ideally no times, no honey and meat plays the main role in our meals but we vary to get optimal nutrition- offal, game, seafood, fish. Ill have a few steamed veg meals in a week, it doesnt make me feel worse but i like the variety and colour those odd meals bring. Definitely make your own broth, nothing bettrr!
Hey Josh, great content! I totally agree with you about nutrition and lifestyle… How many workout sessions do you do per day, and how long do they last? Thanks
I love honey and cinnamon on a sweet potato nice change up from butter. Good quality food and alot of calories still yet metabolism must be crazy fast to maintain 170
@robgronkowski947 was talking about his daily calories I'm jealous if I ate that much I'd be fat AF. But he trains with high intensity and obviously has a fast metabolism
Hi Josh, I follow your videos and your advice because I am 46 years old and I love crossfit. I wish you could comment on how to deal with injuries and problems that appear with older age. Thank you and greetings from Chile.
@joshbridges I am 51 and workout(crossfit) 5 days a week. My doctor advises me against taking creatine as he says I do not train enough to need it and that it is hard on my system if I do not intake enough water to flush it. Thoughts?
Go Redmond's and or celtic salt, highest in mineral content. When I intermittent fast 24+ hrs, I have a pinch under the tongue when hunger kicks in or few pinches in water.

Then this guy goes on to say he doesn't eat vegetables, and that they make him feel like crap....then what is a potato? bro, your diet is like half vegetables.
I am a big fan, but seriously….it is 2024…you cannot recommend eating three times a day meat, five eggs and avocado. That is a ton of fat + it increases they risk of cancer.
Wow deekay, completely clueless. Just continue following the standard American diet and see how that works out for you. The gouvernement says so, they wouldn’t lie.
Check the report of „Top 10 Things You Need to Know About the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, 2020-2025“-> „Limiting saturated fat to less than 10% of calories per day starting at age 2“
I eat my greens and meat and carbs from white rice before a 20 mile run… I feel like a champ

I second that!
I thought about this as well. Curious
This! Because I’m so afraid of cutting out veggies.
No
He won't do that since it would reveal precursor for heart disease, cancer, and diabetes with all the red meat and animal fat consumption.
Mission accomplished..... I was super excited.

Great video! Always enjoy when you do a diet/ nutrition video! What kind of pot do you use for the sweet potato?
I been eating like this since your last videos man. I’m leaner, I don’t get back pains anymore, I’m saying money lol.
Try putting maple syrup in your coffee in the am, game changer!
Frozen blueberries & cut up bananas with honey on top is as good as ice cream, almost lol

Lookkng great mate. This is how we eat, but I'm guilty of heaps of homemade banana bread with butter 😅
When is the GOOD DUDES hat ever coming back in stock?
Can you go through all the cooking tools and accessories that you have like the water dispenser.. bc I'm crazy and want to copy you lol
Love it
I just learned, supposedly, bananas take away from the blueberries when eaten together, just sharing.
Josh where do you typically buy your liver?
I know you used to support intermittent fasting; is that something you still do time to time?
Watching this as i stuff down 2 Nathan's hotdogs and a plate of nachos for a second meal. But im a strongman and it's cheat day....
Where do you get the butter / what brand is it??
Kerrygold Pure Irish Butter is one of the best grassfed butters

What are your total macros for the day
This is an old video. Am I crazy?
you are correct son
how much salt in the water?
What about fiber and digestion? Any problems?
I think he gets his fiber from the fruit he eats, I have diverticulitis and I find fruit to be the best way to get fiber in.
Oh and the bone broth helps aid in digestion
dont really need fiber.
Fiber is not an essential nutrient. You don't need it.

Do you stay away from alcohol?
How many kcal? Thanks
What salt do you buy to put in your water? How salt per cup?
I’d say it’ll be pink Himalayan salt bro. Just a pinch or two
Go Redmond's and or celtic salt, highest in mineral content.

Get baja gold. Has ton minerals. More than himalayan, etc.
Isn't this the same video you posted a while back about eating?
Yes I compiled the 3 videos into 1 so people can get all the info in one video instead of watching 3 different videos
I believe 90% of your fitness comes from eating well! If your fuel right, you will perform right.
Stay sharp!
Maybe it's all the crap sprayed on the greens to keep them edible for weeks and weeks.
Hey Josh
How often are you doing bloodwork and have you done any since changing up your diet?
How many times are you going to do what I eat in a day? Feels like you have done this video 10 times.
Probably as many times as he wants to… u don’t like it don’t watch it pretty simple really
It’s what we want to see.
Ive seen these split. I think he comvined all together into 1. I like this option better

People are hilarious, he eats whole foods, fruits and meat, yet people are asking for blood work to see if it works.
