    How do you handle alcohol in your diet? I've found that not drinking alcohol for months, really improves my training results. But it's really hard sometimes to avoid alcohol since it's such a huge part of the culture and almost every social event I really like good wine or good beer. So how do you handle alcohol in your training and diet?

      I agree your quite right...very difficult sticking to the perfect diet..I was just surprised a dietician was advocating eating cereal and rice krispie bars on daily basis...especially knowing Craig's history with psoriasis...with highly processed foods being one of the drivers of this condition...

    • @PistonBroke4
      @PistonBroke4 3 месяца назад

      @@jonathanthomas3143big difference between a dietician and a nutritionist. A dietician requires actual qualifications, a nutritionist just needs to do it as a job, doesn't actually matter if you know anything or have any qualifications, anyone can be a nutritionist

    • @castawaychris2567
      @castawaychris2567 3 месяца назад

      @@PistonBroke4I'm not sure which country you are from or your laws. But where I'm from, a dietitian has a university degree and can prescribe a diet to people with acute sicknesses and pregnancies etc.
      A nutritionist has certificate level qualifications and can provide nutrition advice to general population.
      If you have no qualifications and try to practice and call yourself a nutritionist you can easily get sued. You legally can not call yourself a nutritionist without relevant qualifications.

      Would you say the same to Matt Fraisure(spelling 😂) how chugged gator aid and snickers bars also if you look at the diets of most athletes they include this type of food remember there eating for performance not health.
      This is one of the reasons I think CrossFit needs to separate the sport and the health side of things and then the sport could bring in any sponsorships without much backlash from the health and fitness side of the community just look at the European weightlifting champs we’re sponsored by KFC
