The burning car scene is my favorite scene in the whole series. It's perfectly gut-wrenching. Cosima is my favorite clone and seeing her in so much pain really pushes my emotions, which I love.
She loses everything and is literally on the ground when Evie decides to kick her one more time, telling her how Delphine was murdered. And Cosima still manages to sound even more pained than she already was. It's so sad and so beautiful.
...And so unfair. Cosima did NOTHING to Evie. Evie wanted to hurt her as a revenge for Beth, they just happened to have the same face. Evie could have told Cosima about Delphine at any given moment, or not tell her at all, but she CHOSE to do it when Cosima was at her worst. It was so unneccessarily cruel.
I totally agree. Evie is evil scum. 💔😭
This episode tied a lot of things together and tore our hearts out doing so. What a beautiful and gut-wrenching journey Orphan Black weaves.
This is definitely one of those episodes that make the whole journey feel worth it. Not that it doesn't feel worth it already but like, episodes like this just really make you stop and realize it.
this is the episode i eagerly wait for everyone to get to. we're not in kansas city anymore.
Not at all!
The first time I watched this episode on the say it aired after a week of suffering and waiting, I was with my best friend wee watched it cried a lot then when it ended we just spend 5 min in silence sobbing.. This show is so good.. Tatiana is so good, she can break us so easily
Ya this was definitely one of the most impactful episodes of the series. Top 3 at the very least!
Next episode is what won Tatiana Maslany a Best Actress Emmy.
Oh I forgot that!!
This has to be one of the best episodes of the entire series, so well written and acted... And of course, so heartbreaking! With your reaction I felt all that pain and sadness even more. I always enjoy good drama haha 😭
I totally agree. Definitely one of the best AND most impactful episodes of the whole series so far! At least top 3.
This episode absolutely wrecked me when I watched it. This is such an underrated and under-watched show. I didn't know it existed until a coworker lent me the first 2 seasons on DVD. And boy did I get heavily invested, just as you have. Tatiana...I can't imagine the physical and emotional struggle she had to go through to play so many characters in so many different ways. I tell everyone who asks me of a new show to watch, this is the one I talk about the most because I feel as if no one I know has ever seen it. But thank you for watching it and reacting to it so I can revisit it again and watch along with someone, who like me, gets overly emotional and invested.
Ya it's really wild how unknown it is honestly... I'm so glad I chose it! I had no idea how good it was going to be.
The actress who plays Kendall is amazing. Like all of them, but she makes us hate her, then loves her in such a short time. Then she makes us cry.
Ya her keeping Cosima calm knowing she was about to die KILLED ME. "No tears Cosima. They're not worth the salt!" 💔😭😭😭😭😭😭😊
this episode is the chaos ladder that little finger talks about in game of thrones.
SERIOUSLY THOUGH
I think this is where I stopped watching Orphan Black because I never emotionally recovered from what Kendall’s death meant for everything going forward. And then they really rubbed salt in the wound by confirming exactly why Beth died. I just never recovered from this and I’m debating whether I can restart the series before your next reaction 😂😂
Ya this was a REALLY HEAVY episode. Not sure what I'm in for for the rest of the show but I've been warned it doesn't necessarily get easier. So if you want to attempt to finish it you can struggle along with me! 💔
My reaction was more like "NO! You can't leave me feeling like this! Fix it! Fix it _now,_ you BASTARDS!" while quickly pressing play on the next episode!
"no tears cosima, these shites aint worth the salt"
That line killed me 💔
Beth is my favorite of all the Leda clones. And one of my favorite characters in literature and media. She was such a mystery for so long that when the truth finally came out your heart breaks.
Ya her reveal in this season was so good. 😭
This episode honestly wrecked me at the time. It's awful. Thanks for your reaction
Ya I'm still not over it... Top 3 most impactful episodes so far AT LEAST.
i remember the first time i watched this one, i needed a long ass walk after. i did cry for the rest of the day before tho.
Ya I'm still not over it honestly.
sending u lots of tight virtual hugs ♥
