@johnschober1819 your right bill is a very underrated baseplayer and underrated member of the stones to me the stones were never the stones once Bill left no Wyman no Stones
I first heard this song playin 5 a side football in the playground of Richard Coben school in Mornington crescent Camden, north London, 64, flood light game and some one was playing it over and over, in the school over looking the ash felt pitch, love the intro. Watched them on ready steady go TV show as well. What a load of shit we have to listen to now
What on earth was all that drama with Mick's right hand? First, I though someone had swiped his ring ... then the tissue appeared; he never engaged his right hand in any of his usual hand claps ... and then the wiping! Fascinating. Keef wasn't weaponizing his guitar in those days, but there's a glance that suggests he might have been considering it.
I think he somehow hurt his hand, fans in the crowd noticed it and gave him the tissue. He keeps wiping his hand during the interview as well. Priceless.
@highschoolmusical841, thanks for that. NO! THE BAND WERE NEVER "MODS". The Small Faces ? Now THEY were mods, my friend. If you don't know em, Google images THEN "listen"
Being in a little dance club with the Stones. Wow.
Makes me sad watching Brian Jones, such a brilliant musician.
What a great tune, so early Stones!
To me Bill is a very underated bassist.
The best ever

Yeah I guess, I just wonder how his life would of been had he been clean. 27 is a very young age to go
This sounds better at the TAMI Show in Santa Monica Civic auditorium with many other great bands.
This version is not bad either

well done.

oh to be there...
This is pre-recorded, not live.
1:46 Bill is HOT!!
Leuk fillempie.
I like the version they did on the TAMI show better. This is faster and not as gritty.
Not bad either though
This is the actual studio recording with the nice little intro, from their second LP. They are not playing what you're hearing.
Not bad.
Whats wrong with his hand. He keeps looking at it!!! lol
Bad funnies bears
