Rod,., I'm living in Mevisa garden residences in Lahug near I.T park and rent prices are dropping here.,., people are moving around the the 5 buildings to different units for better prices or bigger spaces for the same price. My land lord drop my rent for a 29 SQM with balcony 2 swimming pool a ( gym closed at the moment) from 18K to 16K with no condo dues and no lease contract, so i'm just month to month. It amazes me to find countries that generally don't use window screens because in the States, if I have even a small tear in a screen, I will definitely have mosquitoes enter. I have to maintain the screens very well because one mosquito is enough to keep me awake and crazy throughout the night. I imagine this would also be a problem in the Philippines.

Does anybody know which condos in Cebu city have a bathtub?

    • @AmazingPhilippines1

Queensland Manor has bathtubs but a bit small for an adult. I use it that was occasionally at 5'8". Several 2-3 bedroom units in Horizon 101 have bathtubs I think. The Sentinel is an older condo with larger units and bathtubs in many units, I think.
