cool content, I liked that place that was only $120 a month seemed pretty clean. I search for a lot of the lower price places like that, but more interesting to see it in a video like this!
My favorite apartment was Avalon, across from Ayala Mall. You get 60 square meters in a one bedroom. You get a washer and DRYER! Dryer sheets make a big difference. During the rainy season a dryer is so wonderful 😍
Most definitely Scott. A lot of times I don't get into those price ranges since most don't come to the Philippines with that budget. Still an interesting topic to me nevertheless.
Happy to help you get to 1000 likes (even though you are at 1700) haha.. Face paced. Well presented.. No procrastinating - just deliver the killer facts. NICE
Rental #6 at Amalfi at City di Mare is my favorite. Nice condo, nice view and nice landscaped property. Oh, did I mention the view? lol. Great property
Tuli, Another great video. You should be on television... I enjoyed Cebu City but I like Manila even more. I have close friends who live in Cebu. My wife does mot speak Cebuano. Another problem if only minor one. Stay safe. Thanks again for the new perspectives.
Can you provide some information or do a video of high end condos? Something around 90 square meters in newer developments with security, swimming pool, etc? Great videos, thank you very much.
Thank you for this video. So glad I found it. I like the house at number 3, but that's because I am still in the US and need to learn how to downsize and be comfortable. With that said, I am also a big fan of loft style units like the last one.
22 sq meters is a small hotel room way to small for a condo. I used to stay at Amisa Private residences and had a small 2 bed room 45 sq meters and I thought that was very small.
It looks like most of the rentals don't have heated shower water--is this true? (I didn't see the typical water heater inside the shower as typically seen).
We want to go to Cebu to check out the nice outdoor running stadium, kawasan falls, and oslob for the whale watching. With the way things are going, we plan to go in 2023 😂😂
@@TheSavvyExpat yes, we have 1 daughter. She is now old enough to enjoy traveling. She is VERY american. She doesn't get how life really is in PH. This was our last vacay. ruclips.net/video/LbjJip2vhtQ/видео.html
@@MultiPasswordman Man, Hawaii looks like straight up paradise. Well done on the editing. And tell me about it, my sister is the same way. She hates leaving BGC unless it's for horseback riding lessons in Batangas. And on rare occasion that she does leave BGC, it's to go to Makati 😂 I don't blame her though.
Hahahaaaa..!! 3,300 square ft house in California "could easily cost up to half a million"... Try updating that in 2022.... and it should be a 3,300 square ft house in California could EASILY cost you **$1,500,000-$2,000,000.** Especially in the greater San Francisco Bay Area, greater Los Angeles area, and San Diego county.

I have to look through your videos and see if you have one on dumaguete
You do an excellent job providing lot of options for anyone looking into cebu
Thank you Phillip!
Great videos. Thank you! Could you also keep us updated in terms of when the borders might open up again?
Sure thing Boyd
Thanks again, very informative 👍
Thanks for watching!
Great Videos! I would also like to see some videos on what you can get in the way of condos or villas in the $2000-$2500 USD monthly rental range.

Hi,great video, but a year old can you do updated one on 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom in bgc and cebu business center please thank you very much
“Bedroom area” or loft? That looked more like a ledge someone could sleep on. But that price is really cheap and not bad if ur single .
Lol correction - loft. It's more like a mini balcony. Nevertheless, still cheap.

What’s with the widespread popularity of the window a/c units vs split air conditioners or dare I say it? Central air?

Sunvida fits my needs exactly. I will be there in 3 months, how can I schedule a viewing?
Hi, I wonder if the pricing remains the same. I’ll be there in Sept. to get a feel for the area. Ludy, senior from NY.
are there monthly rentals in Cebu? no annual contract and whats the price difference ?
Do they want first months rent, last months rent and deposit also?

That's gonna be an awesome experience for you guys. Do you have any kids? Are they adapted at all to the culture being that they grew up in the U.S?

true, that had a terrible effect on Cebu
Permission Savy Expat: For those looking for Studio condo to rent, located in Manhattan Plaza Garden City, Araneta City, 30sqm bare unit w/ balcony.
Thanks Savvy Expat
4,6, and last. Thanks!!
Cebu was hit by a typhoon, right? I just watched a video of the damage. Does it even have power?
What is the location of the first apartment?
Wl u allow transient tenants? As in like 5days stay only. How much it cost?
It appears the $120/mth unit doesn't have any A/C--is that true?
also interested in the loft at Mabolo Garden flat
How about house for rent in Cebu? Can you please feature some of them. Thank you
Wasn't there a typhoon there recently?
There was. I think it was hit pretty bad.

No.10
600 sq ft is all I need.
Re the Sunvida loft unit, 22 SqM! This is for those who fantasize about living in a prison! Certainly not for anyone with claustrophobia!
the condo 4 bed room for $1,200
That 1st one 22 sq m way to small
No carpets in any rooms
It is Hot as Hades in that place.
22 m2 no thanks
😎👍
🇺🇸
way too expensive babes!
Can you please tell me where I can go to rent these apartments
