As a former ball player, stealing signs is common. In most people eyes if you can figure out the other teams signs it's fair. By trying to read them on the field, while playing etc... If your opponent figures out your signs, it is your fault. That is why many teams have secondary signs ready. But it is a complete different story when you use technology to steal signs. Astros should've gotten their title stripped 100% and the MLB should have made an example out of the 2017 Houston Astros of what can happen.

As a former ball player, stealing signs is common. In most people eyes if you can figure out the other teams signs it's fair. By trying to read them on the field, while playing etc... If your opponent figures out your signs, it is your fault. That is why many teams have secondary signs ready. But it is a complete different story when you use technology to steal signs. Astros should've gotten their title stripped 100% and the MLB should have made an example out of the 2017 Houston Astros of what can happen.
