The Houston Astros sign stealing scandal is the biggest story of the 2019-20 MLB offseason. It is probably the biggest case of MLB sign stealing in history. The Ken Rosenthal Astros story broke things open, but don't forget his co-author Evan Drellich! This huge MLB cheating will not be going away any time soon. Not with all the Astros cheating compilation s floating around.
We'll talk about the 2017 Astros cheating, the 2017 Astros sign stealing, Mike Fiers Astros, and Danny Farquhar Astros, who noticed the Astros trash can banging. We also talk about the unknown. Did the Astros cheat the World Series? Tough to say.
This video features a guest appearance from Jomboy of Jomboy Media. His Astros cheating breakdown has received over 6.3 million views! It all culminates into one of the most ambitious episodes of Baseball Bits (a Foolish Baseball production) yet. I hope you all enjoy it!

It's about character and the kind of people you choose to associate with and trust, that's why I have few friends, I have to know if they are trustworthy and worth the time, and if you compromise on anything you most likely will not have my back when it matters. If you are only about you, then you don't deserve what I give to a friendship.

The thing is that this isn't a game for these people. It's a game to us, because we watch it to be entertained. But that's what these people do for a job. Playing a sport at a high level is pretty precarious, a couple bad seasons and you can be out the door, especially if you're a rookie or a veteran.
The Astros stole signs for the same reason that dudes took steroids in the 90's and 2000's. Good years extend careers. The organization absolutely should have been punished harder, maybe more draft pick forfeitures, maybe loss of international amateur signing money or something. But the players? I can't fault them, because I'd do the exact same thing in their shoes.

Disagree. Jomboy as little to no integrity. I encourage Foolish Baseball to use his more objective and rational approach to assessing information, and apply it to Jomboy's ability to receive criticism.
Jomboy comically highlights antics all around the league but openly admits he refuses to do so for his own team. People unable to laugh at themselves, that is to say, see humor for what it is(honesty*), are insecure and dishonest people. Then, he further embarrasses himself by lashing out at those who criticized his own bias.
Perhaps most telling, was his response to Foolish Baseball's question about receiving criticism from Astros fans; He says, "I hope I have them all blocked by now". Censorship is something I will never endorse in life. He ostracizes small groups, those who defend the Astros, and those who laugh at the yankees' misfortunes. I cannot endorse(viewership is a form of consumption, the large the consumer base, the more advertisement funds are given) this either.
