- We are inshore fishing in Stuart Florida, fishing for Florida Pompano. Using goofy jigs, I managed to catch my limit on a chilly Florida day! I show you how to fillet fish for sushi. Then we try pompano sushi for the first time as sushi and sashimi, surprising results!
