I'd never thought of it in that way. You could have then gone on to explain how to address each of them - but you went on to some general tips. Interesting but specific information on how to address each category would have helped much more. It's just a suggestion not a criticism as the video was very helpful. Thanks for posting.

We'll be having an impromtu speech at the end of the 1st semester and to be honest I am quite nervous about it because it should be delivered in English language and since English is not our native language I'm still have a hard time in composing a simple sentence. I'll be considering these tips and hopefully my speech will be successful.
