With respect, i think you had that opposite regarding the wishbone link. They actually have less articulation, yet offer more sidehill stability. Also, it is easier to "carry a wheel" over gaps with the wishbone. Among the various drive styles, two groups stand out.. the more traditional which uses less articulation, and the more articulation group. The wishbone suits the more traditional group. I like both, and definitely change drive styles a bit depending on the rigs setup.
I use those thumb (cap head) screws anywhere they’ll fit because if they strip, I can either try some pliers or dremel a flathead slot into them while other screws I have to drill out and hope it works. One of those little cutoff wheels makes an absolute perfectly fitting flathead slot that seems to be stronger than the hex.
In this one I think I’m using a flysky noble rx. Just about any rx should light them up just fine and if it’s a 3 position channel/switch then it should use all the functions.
So, everything should be fine except the front links and driveshaft might be too short, but…. It might work, I’d try it first and see if the shocks mount well in the front with the short deadbolt front links. If you don’t like the shock angles, get the c10/Jlu/bronco front links and driveshaft.
Well, since the chassis is 3d printed it was kinda pricey. I think $80. The rest can be as expensive or as cheap and you want. You can use a stock truck and swap it over. There is also a TRX4M version as well (we have a video on that too) and there is a SICK limited edition (100) all aluminum version coming for the TRX4M.
I really like the micro I do but it is nothing compared to that bam motor of Nick from mofo I think has more torque and more like speed just insane the thing is insane like the micro is good don't get me wrong but that damn motor is something else I mean it is really good especially if you do the tuning and then there's another gessi coming out by dinky RC that's supposed to be really good also

One more note.. 4-link is more popular in the 1/24 world because 4-link offers more articulation.
There is no other reason.
Oops, lol you just addressed that later in video.
Sorry, i gotta comment immediately or I'll forget. Hehehe
All Good info.
That can be fixed no biggie 😉
Those lights are dope!!
Yeah, I love em!!!
This servo arm is FANTASTIC!!! Super realistic!!! Beautiful white so great!!
Glad you like it! lmao

Great one thank you for what you do
Thanks a ton for watchin!
Yeah that is awesome dude love those lights, can’t wait to see the headlights on now
they are indeed awesome!
That’s awesome dude, super cool rig yeah love the lights also
Definitely a cool build, especially for the price of the chassis. Waaayyy better than some other brands that are $100+
I might have to do one of these builds at some point. Pretty sweet.
You should! They are super fun and very rewarding!
thanks for the vid! Just finished my Meus chassis as well it looks so sick. But some parts were hard to get together because of my big hands 😂
Glad I could help! We have a hard time too sometimes. But we love these little rigs!
Nice rig man did you plug your light bar straight into the receiver or did you have to use a switch
It went right into the rx.
I've recently gotten one myself but I have been having problems with the lights. What receiver do you have?

What chassis will work with the big komoto motor?
Any chassis with an open top should be fine. Hell, it might even fit in this guy if you remove the interior.
What would you need to do this to a Dead Bolt? Suspension links, and driveshafts?

Needs more squat. Cool build!
Maybe a little. It’s on portals so it naturally runs a little tall.
What did this cost? Just curious, love this idea!

Do think that the light bar would fit on a ultra24??
You would need to measure the ultra 24 and see if it’s close. ;)
What is that transmitter? Thanks for the excellent video!
Flysky noble NB4
Do you have a link for the kit you show for making the harness? Id like to have one of those for my bench as well

Do you have a link to the cable extension kit?
Added to the description. Also: amzn.to/3Z7678j

RC4WD? Or RCAWD?
Sorry, for which part?
For the wheels I think it’s about 10:35 into the video
@@Justin_Newman ooops. Yep. My mistake. Those are the RC4WD wheels and tires. Grrr. Hate when I make a mistake like that.
I went ahead and updated the video description and added links!

My BAM cogs a lot... it doesnt have the low end. I would need to gear it differently to get some good slow crawl.
they emailed me for a sponsor ship, but they keep not answering me
Interesting.
Secret on the 3 link whats it worth
I dont understand the question.
