The injora quick tips fit just fine. Also the 5mm mip driver fits. The 5.5mm is very close and will get a nut on but won’t fit between the hex screws. But again, that’s a BIG wheel nut (the 5.5)

@@TheShopMiniRC I wanted do LGRP comp kit but there sold out. So I’m looking into building a SCX24 long wheel base to fit LGRP X-Factor Body that I order with LGRP super 8 axles. Also can I LGRP ski plates be used on any Aftermarket KiT besides LGRP

The Mojave is an awesome truck and we have a video coming soon. But the Mojave is not brushless. To go brushless your looking at another $100. That puts you are 250 vs 120 for this. The quality of the groms is fantastic though.

@@TheShopMiniRC even taking into account its brushed, it has a very very good brushed system and doesnt look like a toy that many of these chinese company cars do.

@@malcolmlester4585 having them both, the only negative really of the brushless $100-$130 JJRC is the crappy shocks, and the mediocre remote (not that the arrma remote is much better) The jjrc is all metal drivetrain, from axles, to diff, c-cups, and even the knuckles. The arrma has tons of plastic in those areas. Again, I love the arrma, but this truck isn’t too far off. Drop another $50 into it with shocks and a few other things, (and some free mods) and I think it would out perform the arrma

@@TheShopMiniRC the mojave now has the v2diffs so more metal and the arrma plastic is very good quality , and the body on the mojave is probably the best rtr body i have ever seen and the locking mechanism is genius, and purely from a looks point of veiw miles ahead of that jjrc.

@@malcolmlester4585 it’s still got plastic in the diffs and plastic knuckled and c-cups. Again, this isn’t about the Mojave not being awesome. It’s about the truck being brushless and cheaper. ;)

You can see how we tuck the battery between the trans and front body mount. Might need a smaller battery. Steering scrub is the radius created by having the center one of the tire/wheel further away from the pivot point of the knuckle. It makes your servo work harder to turn your wheels.

100% you want to find out what your local guys are running. Getting a $600, 4500kv car might not even make sense where you are and what you’re guys run. Ask them what they run

On the note of “best”. There are a few kits/chassis out there and they are all good. I like the Reflex Racing stuff as well as the Nexx Spector.

Can’t beat that price. I’ll get the mb24 kit for my scx24 my next pay time for sure 👍🏻. For now I’ll keep my scx24 scale built with its bronco body. Keep up the great vids my dude!! You need to be sure to calibrate the throttle endpoints in the app. Also be sure your battery is fully charged.

@@TheShopMiniRC I loved the video you did pullin apart the furitek 118 transmission accidentally dropped one of the bushings in the battery tray, then not knowing you were minus that bushing attempted to figure out how that thing was working…..epic content , have shared that with many friends. Ah.... I see, the wheel weights I had stuck on top of mine were hiding some of the geometry and making it look shorter due to the protrusion at the base of the horn gear instead of it being even all the way across the front. Now it makes more sense.
