MICRO-B(e)!!!!!! Thanks a million for the breakdown. Im very much an RTR guy and live 10 minutes from CORRC! Might have to come check out the Friday action!
Hey just adding data for the community: I’ve been testing small micro LEDs and it will stop responding to commands if you Y power from the servo with the few things I tried Glad to see the transponders work though, I was worried they wouldn’t after I had issues with LEDs
been digging on my micro B I even bought a second one and gave it to Jim Wolf for I have a buddy to race with and I just got all the suspension parts front and back all stock for I have spare parts
Me and a buddy got em to race. Both of us been in the hobby 20+ years and probably have 50+ cars each and have 3-4 each thatre set up the same just for head to head racing. For $100 they handle great and the shocks seem actually decent. I bet within a few months we get tons of tire options. Just like how micro crawlers blew up a couple years ago the market is awesomely flooded.
It would be really helpful if you could make a tutorial on how to center the servo saver! Mine turns well in one direction but not the other and I'm not familiar with how to re-center the servo. No one else seems to have discussed the process in any videos. Thanks for the overview, though!
It’s more about setting the endpoints. It seems like a lot of these cars are coming with one sides endpoints turned up too much. (Or in some cases too little) You set the end point by having the car on and with the remote off, put the throttle in full reverse and steering full lock right, then turn the remote on. You will see it flashing. Then turn the direction you want to set you end point for and while at full lock, adjust the end point with the steering d/r. Then shut off the remote. Do it all again for the other direction. ;)
Back watching again, Friday, November 29 just got done putting my new blue aluminum shocks front and back on mine from GPM racing they seem to be pretty sweet. I did the drop test even a little higher than normal. Still didn’t bottom out.
We run every Friday night. (Except next Friday as it’s a 1/10 race weekend) But every other Friday night, we run em. If you have Facebook, join “Colorado Mini RC”
1. They're already too fast. 2. I had to mute the music. There's absolutely nothing 'hard core' about racing tiny toy cars. Stop trying to make it sinister. It's just good fun. Nerdy good fun.
Who’s making it sinister or hard core??? Everyone has their own taste in music. Muting it is ok ;) yes they are nerdy good fun. I think you’ve dated yourself. (And that’s ok, these awesome things are for “kids” of all ages)
@@guest6423 Wow someone got a bit triggered. They can definitely be hard core to race, everyone sees things in a different way no need to call this dude out like that 😂
@@mx5love460 I’m 50 in jan 2025 Just got one of these for fun and amusement when working away when I can’t go and play golf due to the dark nights in England after the clocks back in October As for Laddos comment. Most probs nowt better todo and won’t do it in person and just wants attention on social media 😂
I feel like it’s a mod 0.5 pinion/spur. Are you sure it’s 0.3?
Damnit... you are right... its a mod 0.5... damnit.

Glad to see the transponders work though, I was worried they wouldn’t after I had issues with LEDs
Also, for ramps I found about 22 degrees to be a great sweet spot of clean jump launches
That’s odd that it was causing issues. Are you sure you were accidentally tying into the signal wire for the servo?

So awesome! Did you make a little track?
