What a fantastic and detailed video tutorial! Your deep-dive review of the Rlaarlo XTS Rally Car is incredibly thorough and well-explained-it truly covers everything anyone would need to know. This level of detail makes it an invaluable resource for both beginners and experienced RC enthusiasts alike.
Much appreciated! Thank you for making some awesome RCs that both new and experienced users can enjoy! I also appreciate your community building and support!
Receiver boxes; In case you wanna upgrade to std size servo, you can’t use front box/servo mount. That’s why there’s a spare one. Good thinking @rlaarlo!
Makes sense, but they also coulda made the upgrade servo mount also have an rx box. Either way, I like options for sure so I appreciate the extra box. Just wish the pinion and center diff was better sealed.
Nice, I like the teardown of the mechanical parts. According to the XTS version sheet they got 10k CST in the front and rear diff and 20k CST in the center differential. I will use the rear receiver box because I ordered the aluminium server mount to replace the servo with a full size (and faster) one.
Thanks for sharing. The pre-release data sheet definitely didnt say 10k/20k cst... :-/ Also I just realized that the alum servo mount completely changes the orientation of the servo. odd.
@TheShopMiniRC they updated the website at some point with more detailed specs. The orientation may change to gain space for a full size servo. The original one seems to be like a low profile servo.
Put some self stick car molding on the bottom of the front bumper to protect the screws. Every reviewer has the same issue with the rear lights, I ordered 2 of the CF Version, before it touches the ground E6000 around those lights.
@@rgreeneish weeeee knowwwwww. Lol. 100% correct. I didn’t want to adjust it all just to go adjust it again to run it outside. I kinda like it more in the dirt. Lmao…. Sooooo stayin tall!

That’s a great tip for the screw protection and yeah, it seems like the rear light buckets are an auto e6000.
The chasis on the carbon fiber version is actually also aluminum
Whhhaaaaa?!!??!? How did I miss that?!?
Could that ’steering sync’ turn off the signals (when steering)?
It didn’t seem to.
Dirt! What a great review. Best in class. All what we need to know.

At the track I kept screaming, set the ride height, droop and glue the sidewalls!!!!!
