I run the same Radiolink system and would love it if you could explain how to upgrade it like you have as well as how to properly run over 4s on them. I'm still newish to the hobby and don't have any RC's over 4s currently but know I will eventually.
Top video that gives you a real feel for ROSSA and the cameradery of all competitors - all pulling together to help everyone beat their personal PBs. Love the end sequence in particular - great videography Phil 👌🏻
The organizers could move the pit boxes at the starting position, than you would not need any fencing besides the control tower. This would also make it safe for drones to follow the cars. that would be epic footage. You could even make it a combined rc event.
What an epic ending montage! One of my favorite songs and it just made it so cool to watch! Congratulations on the 155 mph. Its always an amazing feeling to work hard for something and get what you wanted out of it! Kind of like being able to quit your day job to play with toy cars for a living! 😎

Although if you want to see where the lyrics could fit with this video, the RC Hobby is an escape for many people, and quite often 'Men' that play with toys are judged and frowned upon. Nevertheless, every speed hunter faces different obstacles. Just enjoy what we have and try to do the best of it.
At some point, I gotta make a trip out to the UK to go to this event. I love ridiculous speed, and all the fun surrounding it. Props to you for successfully making these little beasts go so crazy fast, I look forward to seeing whether you beat Kevin's PB next year or not

10 30$ 4k action cams and $10 dollar battery banks and $3 tripods on ali would make epic footage for these events. A true unique perspective no one is experiencing. You could probably even get a handful of the lads to lend old go pros to save some. Just let them run through the day spaced alone the strip then upload each run to a google drive for everyone to snag theirs.

Trully Brilliant!! I'm glad U got your PB + the 200 cap. An great film work, to get the car roll was not easy as there so small an going Soo Fast!!. An the battery burning at 32:55 just shows what happens when a batterys internal's is exposed to oxygen. It often explodes and or goes puff, then burns as the video shows. Great RC cars, just goes to show how much difference a bigger battery makes. Can't really see the speed on film. But I'm sure in person they were really moving, 1 or 2 U can see how fast there going. But nothing like seeing it in person, I'm sure. Great Channel keep up the great work. Thanks Aussie Skot.

I have had my Rlaarlo AK-917 up to 90 with Perfect Pass! It also has been regeared and has foam tires, heavy shock oil, dampers, XT90 ends with a 120C HV 3s battery, and a Dumbo RC receiver with gyro!
