@@chaddavis513RC Good question! I was lucky to work in a vinyl shop wrapping real cars for a couple years. I have collected a ton of scrap vinyl to wrap RCs because there so small, also hate throwing away good material 😃 The type of vinyl I used is Avery Denision. My favourite brand to work with. I also have some Hexis vinyl and 3m good also. Sometimes with the bigger brands you need to be on like a contract with them to order. If your having troubles my last resort is Vivid vinyl you can find online pretty easy! Hope this helps✌️

You should have no problems wrapping the truck cap as long as it had no texture, once it's smooth plastic, lexan or metal you will be fine! Make sure to heat up slightly after with heat gun to activate the glue to stick and last longer! Sweet I will check it out 😄👊

Thanks!! 🙂 You have to be careful with heating the vinyl also keeping in mind with the body underneath! Not much heat is really needed to make the vinyl stretch so once you take you time and just apply a little heat it's totally fine I've done it on multiple different rc body's! 😎

Thanks!! 👊 depending how it looks, if you can't tell it's on can just leave it. Sometimes edged peel up a bit because of the flex of rubber tire, if that happens take a razor blade or knife and light cut around the rim and peel off tire!

@@NatxoVarona Well that's exciting! Hard for me to say which one you would like better. The jeep gladiator is my first and only one. I'll tell you I really like it but I have nothing to compare to. I went with the jeep all based on looks, the accessories it came with, colour and the fact of being my first jeep to🙂 hope this helps I'm sure either one you choose you will be happy!

If having troubles finding you can order vivid vinyl online easily not as good but very similar material! The metal arms I used to hold things while painting are called helping hands for soldering I order those on ebay! And finally the the fine tip brushes I got from micheals a art and craft store in Canada! Hope this helps have a great day! Enjoy the hobby✌️
