@chaitsathe Thank you for your encouragement! Yes, my dreams always come true, I'm living through a manifestation of a big one these days. Practice sculling while standing in shoulder high water and look for that little water tornado. You gotta feel for the movement of water. Fear of Water (Lessons in Open Water): ruclips.net/p/PLlni5Zb5tjJmZhWlFRqkpHdQOdy_eNzGC Here, my student with a fear of water was treading deep open water by the 10th lesson. We worked a lot on sculling. The videos are a bit slow because I wanted to show the whole process of learning how to swim... Nevertheless, you might find a few interesting things.
You are very welcome. It will be the easiest way to tread water after you master this technique. Please, ask if you have any questions, when you try it.
Thank you. I am glad you found this video helpful! If you are moving backwards, it means that your palms are close to being vertically oriented instead of 45 degrees on the way in. Check your palm position and try keeping your palms at 45 degrees both ways, on the way in and on the way out. It should fix the issue.

I'm learning it now and man, its difficult to even get my hands to be strong and level with my wrist. I'm basically sinking slower than before! It's a crucial step to learn so I wont feel bad for finding it difficult to learn. Sorry late reply.
So you literally taught me to tread I've always been A decent swimmer but never knew how to swim and today I went into 24 hour and they had the 8 foot pool and my friend pushed me in And I panicked until I thought of this video and I realized I was treading I'm 18 that was the first time in 18 years thank you 💌

Thank you for this video! I have tried treading water/sculling since childhood, but have never been able to stay afloat. I think where I’ve been going wrong is not keeping my wrists straight. It’s easy to see how others do it while in the water, but the water gives the illusion of flexible wrists. This video was very thorough, thank you!
Absolutely! Straight wrists but also pressure should be applied to the water. If you are doing it right, you should feel your forearm muscles working! I appreciate your message, thank you for watching my video!!! ❤️
@@easyflowing ok, then yes my forearms were burning!! I can wait to try your technique. My gol is to be able to love the water and be able to talk like you were doing.
I'm a beginner working on my fear of the deep water, front crawl, breast stroke, and treading water. If I master the sculling and egg beater techniques, then I could tread water, hence I will not be as afraid of the deep end, since I would be able to stay afloat in case of any incident. Any advise is welcome. Thank you so much.
@@easyflowing Thank you for your quick reply. I can swim front crawl very well on the shallow end, but when I get to the deep end I keep on stopping and holding the pool edge (lol) because I'm so scared.
If you have mastered floating on your back, try turning to your back instead of grabbing onto the side or the line. Practice turning from front to back and back to the front in the shallow end. Then, try it together with your front crawl. Please let me know how it goes.

I have a video about it 🤗 Floating [Is Filling Your Lungs With Air Important For Floating?] (Test) Swimming Lessons For Adults ruclips.net/video/LGdYbeyCfFM/видео.html And, yet, you also must exhale at some point 🤷♀️ So, for how long are you suggesting to hold that breath while sculling? It’s a bit easier to take a deep breath and hold it while floating, if one is super buoyant... what should a person with zero buoyancy do? What should one do when air in the lungs doesn’t help much? The answer is SCULLING! And as a former Synchronized Swimmer, I can say that while physically working (correct sculling takes a lot of effort and muscle work), it’s super difficult to hold breath for a long time. Awesome video. Clear and simple. I like that you mentioned situations when you'd use this technique and how to strengthen yourself with it. Only thing is you said 45 degrees in motion from elbow when you meant 90. Looking forward to seeing more wisdom you're willing to share.👍
+Tony Kay Thank you. Yes, about 45/90 degrees, I did have an afterthought. I still posted the video because for light treading the movement can also be 45 degrees. I like the fact that in video it is possible to pinpoint mistakes in verbal delivery and learn correctly from visual display.
Really like your video. It's so detail and so helpful. and as others said, your are always encouraging at the end of the video, which is so nice. My daughter is in her first step training, Bronze cross, toward lifesaving certificate. Your video will help her in learning treading water. Thank you!
The higher up your body is to the surface, the easier it is for you to stay afloat, so bent would be better. Also, it will depend on a desired direction of movement through the water. Moving backwards, your legs will come up closer to the surface infront. Moving forward, your mody will lean forward but your hips will have to open up so that your legs would stay in the back. Moving sideways, your body will lean to the side and it will have to bend in your hip joint and your waist to the side. You can look through these videos if you'd like more visual examples, that is if your question is about treading water as a whole, not just sculling: Eggbeater Kick: ruclips.net/p/PLlni5Zb5tjJnu1wq8sRH4k3QLQVwk6CYc

i have always wanted to improve my treading water and sculling but did not know how.stiff the arms must be. I could do this for about 2 minutes without tiring? I felt that I was doing something wrong. I have difficulty with the egg beater as well.
Keep practicing and you will learn. Here is my playlist on sculling: Swimming Lessons. Sculling ruclips.net/p/PLlni5Zb5tjJksa9gyNU5KzbHR_A9rn4jE If you watch my Open Water lessons with Akram, you might see where you are making a mistake.
How do you perform to stand still while sculling? When I do it, I somehow swim away from the place I intend to stay still. Usually backwards. I don't really mind it, as the main goal is to stay a float, but I am curious how you stay still. I do same arms movement, but I keep my knees tucked to my chest, is this why? Thanks
If your knees are tucked in to your chest, it means that you are leaning back just a bit. The angle of your body does matter. I do show how to switch directions in sculling in this playlist: Sculling - Swimming Lessons.: ruclips.net/p/PLlni5Zb5tjJksa9gyNU5KzbHR_A9rn4jE All of these videos will be able to answer your question.
Hello 👋 It all depends on how much you practice. When you start, you might not feel the pressure of your feet and hands on the water. As you continue practicing, you will start feeling it little by little.
This exercise is very important: Swimming Lessons For Adults. Exercise to Strengthen Your Sculling. Sculling Part 3. ruclips.net/video/7HHI2SrMeKg/видео.html It allows you to feel how much pressure you must exert when sculling. This amount of pressure on the water, you should feel in pretty much every stroke.
Plus, all the angles I talk about are very important, if you don’t keep them (turning your hand 90 degrees instead of 45), it will be difficult to advance.
What I describe in this video would be it because, when done properly, it doesn’t allow bobbing and it can be used in vertical position for treading water, and for floating on your back, or transitioning between the two positions. It’s also great for working on your one-arm Freestyle exercises done on the side. Have you tried sculling as I explained it here?
Hello! I've been trying to learn how to do it, and I can't wait to try your method. Also, is it normal to feel like sculling is more efficient than eggbeater kicks? I feel like eggbeater barely helps me staying afloat. Thanks!
Hello. Thank you for your comment. A more comfortable stroke is always more efficient. If you worked more on sculling or it was easier to learn, then it is only normal that it is more efficient than Eggbeater kick. Eggbeater kick is necessary when you need to do something with your arms like fixing your goggles, holding your kids, or doing anything else that requires your arms. It takes A LOT of practice. While training in Synchronized Swimming, we swam 10-20 laps with only Eggbeater kick. Do you do that for practice? There are two more videos in this playlist where I show how to propel with Eggbeater kick, you should find them helpful: Eggbeater Kick: ruclips.net/p/PLlni5Zb5tjJnu1wq8sRH4k3QLQVwk6CYc This kick requires practice until your body starts feeling it. While practicing legs get numb from work and more practice after that is required to get it. If you spend 3 months doing laps with this kick for at least 30 minutes (after a good warm-up), at least 3 times a week, you should be able to get it. Also, practice doing laps with this kick without the help of hands- hands out of the water (at the end of each practice). PS Because of the necessary rotation in the spine, make sure that you strengthen your core before you get in the water. (If you are cleared by your doctor for physical exercise) ruclips.net/video/h26CjFpVqVs/видео.html If you have any more questions, please, let me know!

This particular video shows how to propel forward: ruclips.net/video/ae1jHBQcA_Q/видео.html If you learn the difference in hand positions for propelling forward and back, you'll be able to find a correct position for staying in place.
Also, if you are doing sculling while treading water with eggbeater kick, your kick might be the one that propels you backwards because it's easier to keep this slanted position. @@easyflowing I was keeping my shoulders close to my armpits while sculling that is why I was going and down i guess. I adjusted my shoulders it seems fine but not perfect. But better that previous. Do you have any advice
If you watch the videos from my Open Water series, you might see your issue. It might be that you are not turning your hands enough in or out, or you might work with your whole arms, instead of your forearms. I can’t help you, unless I see you sculling. But if you watch these videos, you might be able to correct yourself.
Yes, it does. When applying the right amount of tension/pressure to the water, the faster you move your hands during sculling the higher you can hold yourself up, or if your hands are at an angle, the faster you can propel yourself.
@@easyflowing Thanks for answering my question. I know this sounds like a dumb question, but can sculling hands be practiced in the bathtub? Can the whirlpools be created in a small amount of water like a bathtub? Thanks
If I tried to do it in my tub, I would probably get hurt because I would have to stand somehow sideways to try to fit my whole arm under water 😂 If you are lucky enough to have a huge tub, then, by all means, try it! If you have a big jacuzzi spa, then you are golden 👍 You can also practice with one hand at a time. Please let me know how your sculling adventure in the bathtub goes!!!
I need help. I've tried this but i keep sinking.. I am not really sure what i am doing wrong. My brother tried teaching me but i fail to keep afloat. I don't know if i am not applying enough pressure but when i try so I feel like all i am doing is sweeping through water faster which looks like i am panicking. Also i can not get the rhythm and the motion of legs and cant incorporate them with my sculling.. I can only focus on one at a time.. And i feel like i am stiff most of the time and i turn into a rock and just sink down.. It looks so simple and everybody is doing it with ease but no matter how hard i try i cant do it. Any tips? Thanks
1. Please practice this exercise with your feet on the bottom, shoulder-deep in the water. 2. Palms completely flat, if you cup your hand, the surface of your stroke is too small. Your palms should be almost hyperextended at first. 3. Work only from your elbows, shoulder blades squeezed together. 4. When you start, don’t try to force it, just go through the motion and try to get little tornadoes going on both sides. As you keep practicing with your feet on the bottom, you will start feeling the water. You do have to practice A LOT! ! ! After you get the feel, you can start bringing one knee up and balance with using sculling stroke. Switch knees. After you get that down, start bringing both knees together while sculling. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE REMEMBER that only by practicing A LOT you get a feel for water. Please let me know how it goes.
Dream To Swim I don't really have the opportunity to practice but i guess you're right, only by practicing am i going to learn it. I will try again and let you know how it goes. Thanks so much for replying!
It depends on the reason for swimming under water and the direction (parallel to the surface or down). So, why would you swim under water and where? Also, would you have to hold your breath or would you have some kind of an oxygen tank?
If swimming parallel to the surface, then, there are two answers. 1. In general, dolphin kick under water is faster, However, Because the movement is in the hips and the trunk, it takes much more oxygen, which means that it would be difficult to swim under water far, using dolphin kick. 2. That brings us to breaststroke. If a swimmer can do breaststroke easily, then they could swim under water farther, without breathing.

@@easyflowing Cramp anywhere...but the point is to be able to float on water until help arrives...which is where the sculling comes to rescue as you demonstrated...
@ Ramy G Of course, treading water by using sculling and eggbeater strokes will allow staying afloat. However, in order to get rid of cramps, one needs to know how to stretch those particular muscles groups. Since a cramp is an involuntary muscle contraction, if it's not an extreme case, just stretching the muscles will help, all the while treading water. (That's why treading water is one of the most important skills in surviving in open water, besides proper breathing.) Massaging muscles, also helps with getting rid of cramps. I have heard that in extreme cases, pricking the muscles with a needle can alleviate the cramps, too (it probably won't be a good idea in the ocean, since bleeding will occur, and who would have a needle in the ocean, anyway 😅). Are you learning treading water for a triathlon?
@@easyflowing No, I am not even close to a Triathlon. But it is one of the things I want to do down the line may be in a couple of years. I am still perfecting my swimming motions. Sculling with my hands is easy than with my legs.

Work on it in shallow water, so that it's not stressful. 2. Learn sculling first, so that your arms could support you, too. Sculling - Swimming Lessons.: ruclips.net/p/PLlni5Zb5tjJksa9gyNU5KzbHR_A9rn4jE 3. Make sure that both feet move inward. 4. Make sure that the bottom of your foot is always facing down, that's what pushes you up (that's what that additional circle with the foot should be accomplishing, keeping the bottom of your foot facing down). 5. Get your knees wide and higher up to the level of your hips. You might find some helpful tips in this video: ruclips.net/video/Oou2pxsKeVA/видео.html 6. It takes A LOT of practice for your body to get it and to feel the movement, A LOT! Keep practicing, your body will get it as you fix the little issues. You got it!
@@easyflowing my problem is when I'm trying to do both hands and feet movement, only my hands is doing the sculling correctly which i think is correct, not sure, then my feet is moving like pedaling a bicycle.
@@easyflowing is it possible to float with just the hands only doing the sculling, without the help of feet?, Do i need to perform breathing technique together?
It's definitely possible to tread water with just sculling. Although, it would be problematic if you had to fix goggles or to get something out of your eye, etc.
So basically summing up in 3 points. 1. Keep your hands straight and stretched but not stiff. They should be loose enough at the wrist end. 2. The hands will make a 45 degree turn while doing sculling both inwards and outwards. 3. For reference on how much pressure needs to be exerted, just think of the pressure required to submerge a kickboard a little beneath the top surface of water with your hand.
You almost got it. 1. Arms bend only at the elbows and the wrists. 2. Yes, easier said than done- a lot of practice is required. 3. It's about keeping the pressure constant while going through the motion of the stroke. You watched all the way to the kick board exercise, very nice!!!
@@easyflowing I must really appreciate not only the effort that you had put in making this video but also the effort responding to each and every comment. Regarding watching the video till the last, I would say I was lucky to watch it .Since I have never seen any instructor talking explicity on the amount of pressure to be exerted let alone telling the viewer with this simple trick. So Many thanks on making this video, God bless!!!
@@easyflowing One more thing, I watched the egg beater kick video too. And i must say i am just amazed how simply you have demonstrated the entire process. Firstly I don't actually remember any coach/ instructor guiding the viewers to basically start the process by sitting at one end and just dipping your legs and start the motion. I mean how easy does it make for the beginners; they won't be scared if they are not doing this in deep water and this will actually help them to build muscle memory quìckly. Secondly the way you have explained not just the rotation of the lower legs but also the circular motion of the feets themselves and syncing it with the lower leg motion is a great tip. So yes thanks once again...
Thank you very much for your feedback! Yes, there are many nuances in learning and mastering Eggbeater kick! You also might find this video helpful, here, I crossed a lake only using Eggbeater kick: ruclips.net/video/Oou2pxsKeVA/видео.html
It is called a wetsuit and it's 3 mm. Yes, it does help with floating, however, the skill I am teaching here is for treading water without anything that helps with floatation. As a former synchronized swimmer, I have the proficiency to teach it. I am wearing this suit because I filmed for ten hours straight and I needed to be warm.
In this playlist: Open Water Swimming Lessons [From Fear Of Water To Swimming In Deep Water In 10 Lessons]: ruclips.net/p/PLlni5Zb5tjJmZhWlFRqkpHdQOdy_eNzGC, I taught swimming to my client, who had a fear of water. He was wearing a 5mm wetsuit, which adds even more buoyancy. If you watch the videos, you'll see that without proper swimming skills, a wetsuit doesn't help with swimming, not even with floating, and neither with treading water.
By the way, in this video ruclips.net/video/DB91s_hmlRw/видео.html, I am wearing a regular polyester suit, which doesn't help with floatation. I believe, I used sculling and eggbeater kick for treading water at some points of the video.
Holding breath or controlling it is important while floating without the help of sculling. For treading water with Eggbeater kick and/or with sculling, it is unnecessary to hold one's breath because the legs and/or the arms help with staying afloat.

Yes, my dreams always come true, I'm living through a manifestation of a big one these days.
Practice sculling while standing in shoulder high water and look for that little water tornado. You gotta feel for the movement of water. Do practice that exercise with the kick board because it will help you feel how much pressure you have to exert upon the water.
You'll get it, just keep practicing! 🙌

If you are moving backwards, it means that your palms are close to being vertically oriented instead of 45 degrees on the way in. Check your palm position and try keeping your palms at 45 degrees both ways, on the way in and on the way out. It should fix the issue.

It’s a good plan. I would suggest to master floating, first, if you haven’t done it already.

Are you learning sculling for treading water just for safety or are you preparing for an open water competition?
pro tip : when sculling without kicking , you must have a full load of oxygen in lungs to increase bouyancy
Thank you for your comment and your pro tip! That’s a great point! I have a video about it 🤗
Floating [Is Filling Your Lungs With Air Important For Floating?] (Test) Swimming Lessons For Adults ruclips.net/video/LGdYbeyCfFM/видео.html
And, yet, you also must exhale at some point 🤷♀️
So, for how long are you suggesting to hold that breath while sculling? It’s a bit easier to take a deep breath and hold it while floating, if one is super buoyant... what should a person with zero buoyancy do? What should one do when air in the lungs doesn’t help much? The answer is SCULLING! And as a former Synchronized Swimmer, I can say that while physically working (correct sculling takes a lot of effort and muscle work), it’s super difficult to hold breath for a long time. So, it’s better to practice sculling a lot and get so good at it that you could scull and breathe at the same time, and do both of those things easily.

The body must straight or bend 45°????
The higher up your body is to the surface, the easier it is for you to stay afloat, so bent would be better. Also, it will depend on a desired direction of movement through the water. Moving backwards, your legs will come up closer to the surface infront. Moving forward, your mody will lean forward but your hips will have to open up so that your legs would stay in the back. Moving sideways, your body will lean to the side and it will have to bend in your hip joint and your waist to the side.
You can look through these videos if you'd like more visual examples, that is if your question is about treading water as a whole, not just sculling:

If you watch my Open Water lessons with Akram, you might see where you are making a mistake.
I do show how to switch directions in sculling in this playlist:

All of these videos will be able to answer your question.
Hello, I know swimming but not able to tread.. can you plz tell me how long does it take to learn treading..
Hello 👋
It all depends on how much you practice. When you start, you might not feel the pressure of your feet and hands on the water. As you continue practicing, you will start feeling it little by little.
This exercise is very important:
Swimming Lessons For Adults. Exercise to Strengthen Your Sculling. Sculling Part 3. ruclips.net/video/7HHI2SrMeKg/видео.html
It allows you to feel how much pressure you must exert when sculling.
This amount of pressure on the water, you should feel in pretty much every stroke.
Plus, all the angles I talk about are very important, if you don’t keep them (turning your hand 90 degrees instead of 45), it will be difficult to advance.
Thanks you.. didn't expect such a quick reply :)
You are welcome 🙂
Great
Thank you 🙏

What is the best sculling technique for a person who has dense bones and muscles and little body fat?
What I describe in this video would be it because, when done properly, it doesn’t allow bobbing and it can be used in vertical position for treading water, and for floating on your back, or transitioning between the two positions. It’s also great for working on your one-arm Freestyle exercises done on the side.
Have you tried sculling as I explained it here?
How many feet is that pool ?
I don’t know in length but depth, it’s probably 8ish feet in its deepest part.
Dang, I thought you were standing in 3 feet or 4 lol.
I didn't know it's possible to float vertically without kicking. Lol. Good video
Now you know 😊 You are welcome.
Let me know how it goes when you try sculling, I'd love to know about your progress.
very nice
Thank you
There are two more videos in this playlist where I show how to propel with Eggbeater kick, you should find them helpful:
Eggbeater Kick: ruclips.net/p/PLlni5Zb5tjJnu1wq8sRH4k3QLQVwk6CYc
This kick requires practice until your body starts feeling it.
PS
Because of the necessary rotation in the spine, make sure that you strengthen your core before you get in the water.

I don't understand when I'm doing exactly the same gesture I'm going backwards in the water.
You can watch videos in this playlist. Here, I show the different positions of the hands for propelling forward or back.
Swimming Lessons. Sculling: ruclips.net/p/PLlni5Zb5tjJksa9gyNU5KzbHR_A9rn4jE
If you are propelling back, it means that your fingers are pointing slightly up.
This particular video shows how to propel forward:
ruclips.net/video/ae1jHBQcA_Q/видео.html
If you learn the difference in hand positions for propelling forward and back, you'll be able to find a correct position for staying in place.
Also, if you are doing sculling while treading water with eggbeater kick, your kick might be the one that propels you backwards because it's easier to keep this slanted position. Here's my video, where I show where to keep the legs for propelling in different directions:
ruclips.net/video/FGJSdiYtlc8/видео.html
Please keep me posted on your progress.
@@easyflowing Thank you very much! My hands were not facing the other direction when I was movin them back during the sculling part. I'm going to try again next Saturday and tell you if I made some progress.
How could you easily float with that slow sculling. Was that your swimming suit make your float better?
I was wearing a 3mm wetsuit, so yes, it did help with floatation. However, even with a regular swimming suit on, I would be able to float with slow sculling because my sculling is powerful.
In this part of this tutorial, I explain how to work on strengthening of sculling:
ruclips.net/video/7HHI2SrMeKg/видео.html
With my leg up, I had to work harder:
ruclips.net/video/aCvJykZeDGU/видео.html
Whenever I do skulking, my head is always under water. In shallow pool too. Why is this? It never works for me. I’m frustrated.
That's while doing sculling on your back or in a vertical position?
@@easyflowing in vertical position. As I lift my knees closer to my body and attempt to skull, I end up hovering in the water with my whole head in the water.
Ok. It sounds like you need to work on your balance in the water. Do these exercises 3 times a week for a month (if your doctor allows you to exercise.)

Fear of Water (Lessons in Open Water): ruclips.net/p/PLlni5Zb5tjJmZhWlFRqkpHdQOdy_eNzGC
I am going up and down while sculling what can be the reason
The reason might be that your forearms are moving either up and down instead of side to side, or that they are not turning in and out but doing more of a jelly fish movement.

Does it matter how fast you move your hands when sculling?
Yes, it does. When applying the right amount of tension/pressure to the water, the faster you move your hands during sculling the higher you can hold yourself up, or if your hands are at an angle, the faster you can propel yourself.
@@easyflowing Thanks for answering my question. I know this sounds like a dumb question, but can sculling hands be practiced in the bathtub? Can the whirlpools be created in a small amount of water like a bathtub? Thanks
If I tried to do it in my tub, I would probably get hurt because I would have to stand somehow sideways to try to fit my whole arm under water 😂
If you are lucky enough to have a huge tub, then, by all means, try it! If you have a big jacuzzi spa, then you are golden 👍
You can also practice with one hand at a time.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE REMEMBER
that only by practicing A LOT you get a feel for water.
Please let me know how it goes.

How to swim faster under water?
It depends on the reason for swimming under water and the direction (parallel to the surface or down). So, why would you swim under water and where? Also, would you have to hold your breath or would you have some kind of an oxygen tank?
Without the oxygen tank, to swim in a big well in our area
If swimming parallel to the surface, then, there are two answers.
1. In general, dolphin kick under water is faster,
However,
Because the movement is in the hips and the trunk, it takes much more oxygen, which means that it would be difficult to swim under water far, using dolphin kick.
2. That brings us to breaststroke. If a swimmer can do breaststroke easily, then they could swim under water farther, without breathing.
1:08 can you show us how to do so

Good point..."what will you do if you have a cramp in the middle of a swim triathlon?"
A cramp where? In your Gastrocnemius muscles?
@@easyflowing Cramp anywhere...but the point is to be able to float on water until help arrives...which is where the sculling comes to rescue as you demonstrated...
@ Ramy G
Of course, treading water by using sculling and eggbeater strokes will allow staying afloat. However, in order to get rid of cramps, one needs to know how to stretch those particular muscles groups. Since a cramp is an involuntary muscle contraction, if it's not an extreme case, just stretching the muscles will help, all the while treading water. (That's why treading water is one of the most important skills in surviving in open water, besides proper breathing.)
Massaging muscles, also helps with getting rid of cramps.
Yes, eggbeater kick is a bit more complicated than sculling. Keep practicing, though, your body will get it eventually.
I can't bend my left knee at all ..I tried to practice egg beater kick (sort of) for two hours...made a bit of progress...
If you cannot bend your left knee, means that only your right leg does most of treading and this means that your left arm has to scull harder than your right arm to keep you balanced. Is this the case?
@@easyflowing I will practice with kickboard tomorrow to understand the amount of strength I need in my arms...
Is it important to make anticlockwise circle? Generally everyone teaching makes anticlockwise...I have more strength in clockwise...actually with my left knee....
Right leg should be moving counter clockwise and left, clockwise. However, people with some kind of bodily dysfunctions, find other ways of performing skills that are more comfortable for them. Just make sure that you are not further damaging your knee. Eggbeater kick is not the best kick for people with knee problems. Please listen to your body and maybe consult with your doctor.
@@easyflowing I did it...I did it...haha....yeyeyeyye.....I was able to do it ..I again practiced for 1.5 hours... floating...sculling...getting tired....backfloat...again...treading water practice...and now...I can tread easily... without panicking...it's all I had to trust my bouyancy...calm breathing...and fixing my elbow...for sculling...I watched your video...where you were correcting Akram arms and elbows...for sculling....😃😃😃

Practice makes perfect ☝️🤷♀️😁
its frustrating, i cant execute the tutorial correctly, whenever i try it i will sink to bottom in seconds
First, thumbs up for working on it and not giving up 👍👍
Second, since you sink, it means that something is wrong in your execution.
Here are some tips that may help:
1. Work on it in shallow water, so that it's not stressful.
2. Learn sculling first, so that your arms could support you, too.
Sculling - Swimming Lessons.: ruclips.net/p/PLlni5Zb5tjJksa9gyNU5KzbHR_A9rn4jE
You might find some helpful tips in this video:
ruclips.net/video/Oou2pxsKeVA/видео.html
What do you mean by "performing breathing technique together"?
What are you focusing on in your swimming lessons these days?
i think u wearing buoyancy suit
Thank you for your comment 🙌
Why are you learning sculling?
My understanding is that when we are sculling or treading, we need to hold our breath, but this person is talking effortlessly.
Holding breath or controlling it is important while floating without the help of sculling.
For treading water with Eggbeater kick and/or with sculling, it is unnecessary to hold one's breath because the legs and/or the arms help with staying afloat.
