This video shows the complete and easy steps on learning how to swim. We are sharing the fast and reliable process in making yourself comfortable in the water.
Great video! I am 60 years young and will be taking my first swim lesson in four days. This video has made me very hopeful and excited about learning a new skill. Thank you so much❤️👍🏾😎
This is a very detailed video I love the water and I love teaching so I’m considering starting my own adult swimming classes in Atlanta swimming is a very important life skill
Finally a video that helps with the breathing and the coordination of swimming and getting it all down step by step I love it thank you so much this has helped out tremendously
I really like how the student is introduced to it step by step, I’m not a good swimmer and I’m afraid of running out of steam fast, I never had a proper lesson but I’ve always admired swimmers confident in their ability. This video gives me great hope that I can try and learn properly now in my 40’s. Thanks for posting! (The music is really annoying loud though)
Thank you for making this video. I swear you just helped me improve my swim game. I've taken lessons in the past, but over the years I've still felt so uncoordinated. You just made something that I knew could one day be made simple, SIMPLIFIED!!!! Thank you so much. I am completely greatful!
Glad to find this video. Watching this gave me courage to enroll myself for swimming classes at the age of 53! Thanks a lot Vasit for nicely explained lessons and tips. Myca is a good student.😄👍
Thank you coach! I am in the process of taking my first swimmiing lessons at age 66. I want to do everything I can in order to learn how to swim properly.
Thank you for the video! Very informative! Some ideas for next video is teaching how to swim in deep water/diving, how to resurface in the water after jumping in deep water, treading water
Thank you so much for the edifying teach. The swimming concepts are very clear. Looking forward to practise what I have learnt from you... Great online coach
Great video, I've always been a bit bummed that I don't know how to swim properly so I've been meaning to re-learn it now that I'm a bit older! :) Looking forward to the swimming pool now!
Im a beginner and learning to swim. The information you give is very very important and good. I really wanted to know how to breathe and when to breathe. Thank you so much.❤❤
I have a huge fear of water. Mostly of putting my head underwater... I'm almost 34 now but really would like to learn how to swim but I don't know it is possible still. I'm afraid to get a teacher and the person won't have patience or laugh at me. Could you please share with me some nice stories and motivation? Thanks! ❤🩹
Hi, this lesson was very helpful. I am 71 and I had an adult beginner swim lesson before, but I didn't learn to swim. So, I plan to repeat because I really want to learn to swim. It is a life skill and can be fun. Thank you for sharing this knowledge...
You are on the right track, however I would advise you to maybe look at relying less on the kick and work more on sculling and increasing the student' s feel for the water.
I like the way you broke it down into steps. This is the way I’ve been swimming, with more of a straight arm but when I watched other videos, they have their elbow bent. Using a bent elbow would be faster right?
Wow this is so helpfull, thank you so much, I bought a portable pool 3.05m and I filled it up with water not too full, bcoz it will be too deep for me , i was wondering were do I begin,
youtube was taught me a driving lesson and now , I can drive confidently . I remembered that five years ago. now I am sure that they can help me a swimming lesson a great instructed.I wish that I could my own language teacher too. cheers. this teacher is fantastic. and clear his language . I got some insight this lesson . thank you so much.
I am an adult who tried to learn how to swim as a child, but I couldn't because I wasn't buoyant. I was fine in a small pool as long as my feet could touch the bottom. But in deeper water, I can only dog paddle for about a minute before sinking like a bag of rocks. Is it possible that some people will never be able to swim, even with swimming lessons? I belong to a gym that offers some free classes, but I don't want to be the one person who drags the whole class down because of my inability.
Hi, I tried to learn how to swim as a child but failed miserably, drowned and ended up swallowing a lot of water. Since them I have a big panic of putting my head underneath the water. Years later I found out I loveee to snorkel and it was when they released those whole face snorkel masks. Then little by little I was going first with a life jacket, always with someone next to me , someone I could hold, and afterwards without the life jacket. And this year I could go without the life jacket by myself. The mask is good because of course the panic directly influences in your ability to breath, so the mask is really a life safer. But I really don't know how to swim and also would like to learn enough to at least save myself in case something happens to my mask. I think a private teacher would help? I'm always so embarrassed I don't know how to swim and that people would laugh at me...

Excellent! No excess waffle or extraneous details. Short, sweet, and to the point. The way instruction can be and should be for beginners.

Is true. Is very difficult to learn breathing, and in this video is very easy

Nice video...great but music is too loud...struggling to hear what the couch is saying
Most of them won't give importance to breathing while teaching, you were on point. Kudos.
